Title: What coin does this address belong to? Post by: Neura on December 31, 2017, 01:21:11 AM I've been looking through my Mega.nz cloud storage and discovered a wallet.dat file I had recently stored. I had all of mine sorted in folders but this one. I don't know what coin it is for and tried all I could to find out. Judging by the file and timestamps in there, the coin launched before 2016. I recovered some addresses from the file.

If there are coins in them you could try searching every block explorer you can find for coins beginning with the letter e.

It just finished syncing but it's still at 0 EMC and no new transactions after back up date. Can someone please help?? These are all of the receiving addresses:

Weird how the wallet.dat also imported into Emercoin Most of the Altcoins are just cut 'n pastes of the original Satoshi Nakamoto Bitcoin code so the implementations are very similar especially with the wallet portion of the code. |
