hi,

what are your thoughts on litecoin current price/trend/future for 2018

ive read alot of positive things coming from litecoin for 2018, partnerships planned etc, seem to have a respected owner and team, etc

i cant work out how to show my charts in here - which doesnt help, but at the bottom of a 2 week downward trend and the candlesticks look like its about to reverse, with RSI index looking positive

considering pulling the trigger today and wondered peoples thoughts

- can you see it going lower?

I never buy LTC, BCC and WAVES. I dont know why these coins so popular. Weird.

For me, yes definitely. Litecoin is one of the oldest crypto with good reputation and stable growth.
I'm positive that it has more room to grow this 2018 than most of the other popular altcoins, considering some companies are dropping btc as their payment mode because of their high fees, some of them are considering litecoin now. So yeah I would invest in litecoin now.

I got a bit of Litecoins, but I got no extra hopes for this coin in 2018. I got some other favorites hat I believe will rocket up in 2018. 
Anyway, If you got chance to buy them - do it. 2018 must be good year for all alts.

Lite coin is traveling towards a steady growth this year.But this year last at a good price.Now its price is slowly beginning to decline.When the price starts to rise from the collapse of the bit coin,I think the price of lite coin starts to rise.I think the price of lite coin will increase next year.So it's not wrong to buy a lite coin.

It is not too late to buy Litecoin. It is still a coin that is going to be worth buying for long-term hold. And its value can grow to what is Ethereum right now in 2018.

Many people thought Litecoin market and Bitcoin market is correlated due to gold and silver thing. If we compare the recent Bitcoin prices surges with Litecoin prices surges, we can see clearly the rise on the Litecoin is only a small portion so I'm sure Litecoin will rise higher in the future.

If I were you, I would wait another week or two. LTC is currently on down trend and I think it will continue at least until we see stable bitcoin again.

0.013-0.0135 is reasonable target and I have buy orders at these levels.

I bought LiteCoin today, $85 worth of coins because that's the only amount left in my stash so if ever I could invest more then I'll buy again next week because I believe in LiteCoin and I believe it gives me more profit after a year.

for the most part we're not insiders, and are all privy to the same info.

That's why I invested LiteCoin early this year 2017 and I invest more today because I believe in LiteCoin and it's team and community. I know LiteCoin is going somewhere so I'm gonna hold it as long as I could.

It's a good advice to buy Litecoin now, as it will keep on rising next year. Altcoins like Ethereum, Cardano, Dash and Monero are also good to hold, these will all bring nice returns in the year of the altcoins.

As many others altcoins LTC is increase its value more then 50 times in very short time,and it is one of few coins who can survive for long term next to BTC.For that reason I think it is good to invest some money in LTC even today at price of 220$,but it may go lower if BTC price start droping to 10k$ level.

For me personally last day of the year is not good for business and it is better to have some fun and good time-LTC will be on market in next year,and maybe price will go down.

Well, it is a safe investment, you won't get 2x return, but you won't lose your money. Some of your coins should be like that, some more risky and rewarding. I personally bought LTC for 216 2 days ago.

1.Dent-really this is very promising coin for 2018.Recently dent development releasing apps to improve this project.Hold tightly for 2018.
2.Kucoin Share-KCS is potential coin i think.

I would wait for a dip, even charlie lee expects a dip it seems. Why else would he have gotten rid of his stack.

Well, in my humble opinion, Litecoin has grown very much this year, and the chance that this will happen again in 2018 is not so great, at least for the first few months.

Litecoin hit 400$ and the price now really cheap. Why should not buy now? Dont consider and miss the train!

LTC had plenty of suppurtive community and solid development! The project always move in the plan of technical development and with the activation of the Lightning network the most promissing period will come for all LTC holders! Believw it will be soon.

Litecoin is a project that takes several years, for many investors this is an efficient cryptocurrency when making payments and also scalable which does not happen with Bitcoin. Despite the fall in price (something that was already expected) investors bet Litecoin as one of the best Alts of 2018. The fact that Charlie Lee sold all Litecoin does not mean that the project is dead.

I lay the big coin Litecoin. I think it is a very promising coin and it has a great future!

If theres upcoming fundamentals thats the time i would want to buy LTC but if theres none,i wont.

I think Litecoin will always stay at 1/100th the price of Bitcoin.

It had a weak few years but its back on track now and since cryptocurrencies are getting so popular I think that is going to stay like this.As more and more cryptos come around Bitcoin is losing its massive dominance, but this is to be expected and not surprising at all.

Litecoin is the second currency in a row of the coins that are most mined around a world. I seemed somewhere such statistics. Really big farms exist which work only with Litecoins and no other currency.
