You are just member rank, its not to much attractive. Better try to find campaign with free slots and ask to participate.
Why do you want to get paid in BTC & Ξ? there are bounties paying Millions of dollars in Bounties (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0) section. if you advertised for weeks and their ICO couldn't scam enough people to pay you, join the next one, people are offering ICO creation services, this forum is also providing a free advertising platform. You never said anything about the skills you possess neither do you make mention of the special deliverable you can meet but signature space which everyone on the forum by default has his or her own without having to do anything or pay for it. If you want someone to start taking you serious, that's the area you need to start developing.
