There's no express answer to your question. It depends on the project, the whitepaper and the team. Research this and most importantly, what percentage of the ICO fund is the project allocating to bounty campaigns.

you should see the vision and mission of the ico project to be chosen, because every ico have a future plan. usefulness and benefits of ico project is very important because not all ico will be a successful ico.

But some managers have a devil plan like gettings some payments so i think i need to choose a good manager to because if it happens even the campaign or project is susccess you i wont get any rewards.

If you will browse the bounty thread, you will see alot of bounties their, and it is hard to choose on which bounty will you join. But for me, I always look at the Information and the presentation of the bounty. If the marketing strategy is good, If the manager is good, and if the coin will be beneficial to the society. I also get some info on thread such as these and analyze which bounty should I join. I also gather recommendation from my friends that are also doing bounties. We share information so we can get the best bounty available.

It depends on you on which bounty campaign you join you can find some bounty campaigns on bountylord.com. To find a great campaign you must read their whitepaper and research some informations about the project to aware you from scam. We may have to use some websites to get that done but we still have to do your own research as well. It is best not to waste our time on a project that would end up a scam as that would be a wasted effort. We need to study the campaigns ourselves and proceed only from our own ideas about it. An experienced manager is not an indicator of a good campaign.

I would also like to ask about this but I guess there's no best bounty program. Only that you need to read everything about the project you are about to join. As for me, I am joining a lot of projects yet I am not sure I could be paid. I know someone who experienced being scammed, that's why we cannot really tell that the project we are joining are legit.
