That's why you will never see an exchange which is selling Bitcoin with paypal as a purchase option. Same on the forum it's frowned upon to use Paypal unless you are very trusted.
Maybe an exchange will offer the option to purchase in Bitcoin but never sell otherwise they would be out of business with the amount of chargebacks. |
