I asked for a BTC Withdrawal on 21/12/2017 16:56. In my Transactions history, the status says Paid: https://i.imgur.com/wZBg9vw.png But the transaction never apeared: https://blockchain.info/address/1LpYNc2WUYdcnQiS7gMDRubLLZkathDorS I opened a support ticket on 24th December. Never got any response. Is there any way someone will resolve my issue in decent time? It's been more than 20 hours with my ETH withdrawing from you in some pending state. I'm trying to pay you more fees and you won't let me. :) Support inquiry 290550 and 291888 Please, could you resolve this quickly? I'm only asking for releasment of crypto. Hoped to move more funds to your platform but now not sure as 3.28 ETH withdrawal seems to be a problem for EXMO. Up till now it was all great and decent platform. Hope this is not a scam.
