IMO it's something more serious than ordinary DDoS attack because domain is not even getting IP from DNS. They maybe even gone. P.S. Found it in their twitter https://twitter.com/mercatoxcom They were under DDoS and now the domain in on hold by domain registator. I never faced any problem with them. And they are keep updating their users. As you can find on their twitter account mercatox domain is on hold.
