1.You should have worked as a UI/UX designer on a project before. 2. Familiarly with https://zeplin.io/ is a must since our HTML/CSS guy would take your design specifications from there. 3.Pixel perfect designs are expected to be delivered within the given timelines. 4.You should understand the design practically and Web UI must be your cup of tea. 5.You will ideally design an entire website which will be customer focused, so your designs will have a lot of impact on customer interactions. 6.Additionally,you should be well versed with Fonts,Icons,SVG's. Payment will be discussed privately but minimum our founder is offering : $1000+ (totally dependent on your skills!) Payment will be escrowed by one of the trusted members on bitcointalk. If you think you can achieve this,send me a PM.Remember,this isn't a one time design submitted project.There would be multiple iterations as requested.Your designs will be given to our Html/Css guy to code. Hope this reaches you in time I'm a self employed web / graphic designer with a few years experience under my belt. Familiar with most aspects of web designing and development. Designing is more of a hobby, almost second nature to me which is why i decided to monetize my free time by following self employment few year ago. Work is slow due to the nature of the market space and so have allot of free time on hand. I'm a registered business if it helps at all however happy to deal as an individual freelance if easier. Just thought it was worth mentioning.. Would love to help out if their's anything i can do in case the position has been filled, as they say more hands are better then one..
