Title: Hashflare.io is a confirmed scam now - Beware
Post by: anonymousx on January 03, 2018, 03:07:20 PM
Hashflare.io took the chance of delayed transactions to start scamming.
even tho your order confirm on the blockchain more than 300 confirmations it still shows pending on their site, and in few days it goes timeout, but they got the money and it's in their wallet, still you wont get your contract.

They do not answer support requests, they don't care.

another scam was done and finished, if you wanna cry here about your BTC use this thread.

Its aways been the same case for all the cloud mining sites and this will never gonna end really. For such Ponzi schmese only newbies fall into trap and get robbed. To avoid this one to happen we must always keep positing about the reviews like you did it juts now.

Hashflare is one of the cloud mining where I also invested money before but I was not able to reach my minimum amount and contract ended. This caused me to pay even more so that I can extend my contract terms and try to cash out. But this cycle is made such that we never earn the money and their minimum washout is also huge. Plus increase fees killing the whole fun of investment into such sites. Yes, indeed we should stay away from such sites.

Only one Iv ever trusted "cloud mining" wise is EOBOT, don't look like much but there good at what they do and payments always work

Their facebook page is active (based on Hashflare FB account's activity) but as expected, it was full of complaints and negative feedback.

Ask if why tickets are not being answered, they responded: Please note, that due to the emerging issues, the support queue currently has over 20,000 tickets. Our customer support team will reply to and handle every single request, though the response time may reach over 14 days in some cases.

People should wake up. Rising numbers of tickets means continous problem are being added everyday.

They became a scam right in that day when they removed "life-time" paid contracts

Don't give them money, better pay for asics and use collocation services

If your payment took longer than two hours to get one confirmation, that could be the problem.
Unfortunately, it will take a long time for them to respond, since they have a backlog of tickets. Genesis mining apparently has a long support delay too.

From the beginning when they do already promote about life time contract it is already considered on the start of scam. How much more that they did already put duration which would really make more any doubts. Im not surprised for what they are doing as of now which is somehow expected to happen. After the hacked people do still trust to invest and now they are experiencing problems which i do saw that they really deserve it because we've warned how many times that cloud mining investment isnt good at all.

saw the same problem posted by someone else on Facebook in one of the groups that I'm in
it seems that there is a problem with their transactions since you two have the same issue , not sure if it's a general issue or just you guys
hope you haven't lost much , cause many users here warned others about hashflare but it seems that people will always love to gamble their money
hopefully they will credit your deposit with the new rate since bitcoin went up today

Cloud mining is always a scam. It will always turn out to be a exit scam and if you invest in cloud mining then you are encouraging these ponzi schemes.

That is why i never trust any cloud mining site because i know in the end they will turn into scam there is no trusted cloud mining or investment site since they are running online and they can easily run all of your funds.
Like the other said only newbie could be fall with this type of investment and hope those service would restricted here in other website.. Because of you feed the scammer they will make another site and scam other people.. and those newbie will think that bitcoin is scam just like what my friends experience about cloud mining that thought they can earn a good amount without doing work. .

As long they are still there and aren't running and the site is still up then chances for it to be resolved such issue would be there too. For those people who do experience problems you can just simply send support ticket regarding into your issue if they wont answer then that's unfortunate which this thing is commonly being complained by most users regarding on their unresponsive support. If I were you If I do have funds I would rather pull it out as early as I can.

At this point in time, I don't believe Hashflare belongs with the take the money and run group. People who are having payment processing problems have had things corrected after a long delay - they just don't come on here to say it.

Most of the people saying it is a ponzi scheme are busy investing in ICO pyramid schemes.

You can accuse the ICO, but see that hashflare has made some promotions between the months of September to November, you can say that there is nothing wrong with a company makes promotions. true, But cloud mining has the time running against them, they spend a lot of money with electricity, maintenance of mining equipment and payments to their workers. I do not see space for them to make promotions. After the promotions they have increased the minimum withdrawal value to 0.05 btc, this is a huge value and for those who have invested little, they will not have 0.05 btc to withdraw their coin even if they spend years, that is, they can only offer their coins for hashflare. This all seems to me that hashflare collapsing and to save the company from collapse are using unfair methods.

They do not answer support requests, they don't care.

They are active on twitter, taken from twitter:
Support tickets with completely and accurately filled-out request fields will receive a priority. Please make sure to choose the correct request type, payment method and purchase ID. 💌

This Bullshit is posted everywere around. But if people would take their time to read the FAQ's they would find this:
"... we can confirm that users will still be able to make a withdrawal in case if their balance will be lower than the minimum withdrawal amount by the time when their contract expires."

Besides they made clear that the 0.05 is temporary due to the Blockchain problems and that high fee for BTC transactions. So this has nothing to do with their promotions.

This is serious problem, most people should know the risk before invest in a cloud mining though. Do not invest in cloud mining if you don't want to get into this situation.
So far I didn't see any proof of this accusation, even though it can be right or maybe will be solved after few weeks wgen their support reach your ticket as they have thousands of it waiting to be answered but most people don't care about the backlog and still submit another ticket, make it worse.

You are just talking on possible withdraw on funds when you are already hitting up your contract expiration but withdrawing on the middle isn't possible which means you don't have any choice but to wait up. Bitcoin fees will really fucked you up not only on Hashflare or any cloud mining services but also on other investment sites too and even on a simple micro p2p transaction. No one said about to connection of these problems into its promotions. Doesn't make any sense.

You don't get the point, it's not about withdrawal, it's about purchase, I paid 13 USD fee for 50 USD just to confirm fast, and it was confirmed same day, and their bill was still showing pending status, and in few days it went timeout on me, money gone, contacted them serveral times no use, I am not the type of guy who cry and lose his life because of 50USD worth of btc, so I just went away and wrote this warning here for new comers, some people cannot afford to lose 50usd and u know this.

Scam or not cannot say. They might run away in the future. Cloud mining  and investing in crypto-currency comes with huge risk. I have same issue with the withdrawal. Confirmed on blockchain but was not deposited in my wallet. Raised a ticket . They took forever to reply. And when they did there excuse was marvellous "System was unable to detect  withdrawal request BEFORE it timed out." Gave me a id and told me to mail on help.hashflare.tier2@mail.com.
Which took 3 days more and what resolution they gave me after this is to wait for 7 more days for the transfer. Pathetic customer service.

I prefer trading rather than cloud mining. Cloud mining dont really have good a reputation. Thats why you must see all the flaws and some bad cases that has not happened to you yet. Must stay vigilant in cloud mining cause it may scam you anytime by rates or transaction.

My lifetime contract with hashflare has just finished. ;D Facepalm.  When they cancelled lifetime contracts, something told me I'm not going to see my money again. So just to sum up, I went to my account just now. And I'm unable to withdraw my money.

Hashflare is a scam.

If you're considering to use their services: DON'T!

Hi, guys!

I had no problem with Hashflare. I made an ETH contract with a few bucks. Couldnīt reinvest, because you only can do this with BTC. My ETH contract expired in 27th August and when i tried to withdraw, i recieved this alert: "you donīt have funds enough to withdraw" (ofc, i made it with few bucks). So, i sent an e-mail to support, recieved a link to withdraw and got my funds really quick.

I know the BTC contracts had problems in a past year, but in my case, everything was really fine.

Good luck and cheers!

You do not have problems because your contract is ETH, but for people who have contracts with BTC, are living a great nightmare, see hashflare twitter page, there are many people who are complaining because there are many losses and hashflare always have profits, This is the problem, people always have losses while the owners of Cloud Mining always have profits

So what should we do? Nothing? I did invest on hasflare on september 2016, at first everything were perfect, i could take my payments and i have trusted in them and i invested again and again. The final ammount that i invest is 1.8 BTC, and my total return is 0.04 BTC! They just stopped to pay and lately they have cancelled our contracts.. Sadly we have nothing to do, i have serached on the web and there are more than 20.000 people got scammed.. I will send them to god and asked him for punish them soon!! Go to hell HashFlare!
