First of all, why the hell did you had 8 Payeer accounts. Isn't not enough to have 1 account? I'm not familiar with Payeer ToS, but I predict that having multiple account is against it. And ehat their support told after you contacted them from new account?

So, lastly they answered your question, right? So I'm asking again if what's the reason why you can't withdraw your $200 money there?
I bet they will not do something like that if you don't break any rules from them.

$200 on each accounts or $200 dollars if you combine all of your account's funds? because payeer has a really huge fee's so it's highly possible that the funds you're sending got eaten up by their fee's as a result you are spending an amount greater than what you have.

As per checking it seems like it's the situation. You can customize the fee's tab (brown oval) so I lowered it but the total amount you're sending keep's changing so it's useless [image below].

The only solution I can think of is to sell your bitcoins to a user who has a payeer account as transfers through payeer accounts are cheap.

maybe I'm getting it wrong, do you want to withdraw your money from the payeer to your plastic visa/mastercard card or you're not withdraw the  $200 for any payment processor, like perfect money, advcash?

you can try the following:

use some exchange (https://www.bestchange.com)

exchange  your $200 (payeer) to Perfect money and then you exchange perfect money for bitcoin

or even you can exchange your $200 from payeer to bitcoin and then you can use another option to withdraw your bitcoin to your country

I am Withrow them from my Payeer account to my payeer Virtual card and when I am trying to use this MasterCard they don't work on any website + When I block the Virtual card and try to get my money back they don't answer my messages normally the fund directly go to the payeer balance after block the card

Payeer Is not answer from 1 Week Payeer is a total fucking scam. Someone is claiming above that millions use the service. Either that person is a Russian troll or the only successful users are Russian who can execute sanctions upon Payeer effectively, everyone else is being fucked.

I am warning everyone about Payeer - it is a total scam, probably just owned and operated by one or two persons scamming the fuck out of every non-Russian. I have contacts in Russia so I will file police reports against them

You can file a complaint in Denmark, Georgia and Russia if you are able to find the authority that handles their registration. Each jurisdiction probably has some kind of form you have to fill out. If so, write everything down with great care and let someone else check for grammar etc before sending it. Depending on the country, some authorities respond just by throwing away paperwork if it isn't filled in to their "satisfaction" (personal experience).
