Some will ask for your personal information but you don't need to submit a document to verify it unless you're gonna increase your limits. However, that excludes your email address and phone number as most sites require them verified.

Wirex works for countries out of the EU, some countries out of the EU won't work. To answer OP's question: No card that I have searched for allows under 18. However, you could get it registered in a parent's name with their permission. You can "fake" it like mentioned above, and although the chances of you getting caught for doing that is slim, rather refrain from it. |
