You forgot the golden word: COLLATERAL.

Without it, you can't borrow even 1/100th of a bitcoin here. It's the rule of the year and is the reason why most accounts who ignore it are given a splash of red paint. You should quickly clarify the issue of collateral and explain what you will provide if you want to avoid being tagged by a DT member. An account tainted red is not a nice one to keep unless you manage to have the red paint removed. It might take much more than paint thinner to get that done.

Investing is lending and can also be seen as gambling. Investors are enticed to put their money in something and hope for an ROI. Gambling follows the same definition. So does lending which is why collateral is mandatory for bitcoins loans.

If you cannot provide collateral, this thread will end badly. There will be no happy ending. Count on it.

No. You will need a legally binding contract which states that your apartment will be forfeited to the lender in the case of default. It's a lot more costly than you think and Bitcoin is not recognised as a legal currency in many of the countries. I would think it would be more convenient for you to get a mortgage from your bank.

Legal contract, will be a public notary. Bitcoin will not be a currency. Bitcoin will be treated as a tangible asset, that is, property rights. This, of course, is quite a complicated question. I also consider selling an apartment. Now the prices in the city of Moscow, the lowest of all capitals of the World. Good investment.

Please provide more details on the property, what is its value, are you the sole owner, any legal obstacles in using it as collateral? Also, how many bitcoins would you want for the loan amount using this property as collateral. If it is worth my time I may come to Moscow to secure the collateral.

Why someone to travel to Moscow for buying a house/apartment? Everybody (under circumstances) can buy/sell properties all over the world without moving from their chair.
