Do i have to pay taxes when i sell bitcoins and get money in Germany? it is a bit scary not to pay taxes in Europe, that is why who knows can write such useful info.

It has been asked 7 or 8 times already, search a little you will find your answer. As well you can use the Deutch section and see with people from your country

And yeah taxes evasion and taxes frauds are bad and you always pay back soon or later, why should people pay but not you? The good news is it's not only in Europe but worldwide

If you are a German tax resident and held your Bitcoin for more than a year, then no tax applies.

If you are a German tax resident and sold Bitcoin before the grace period of one year, income tax applies and you'll have to state your profits in your tax report.

If for some reason you plan to sell in Germany, but are not a German tax resident, you'll have to check which tax laws apply to you.

Well it's not impossible that government will take notice of someone withdrawing large amount of money. they will interogate you on how you got that amount of money, and explaining further they always will make you pay some taxes abiding some of they so called law
