Apparently Binance has everyone locked out?  I hope it isn't just me...  :)

No, don't worry about it mate. Binance was just doing some upgrading works as there has been a massive influx of new sign ups over the past few weeks. The exchange is back to normal now, you should be able to login.

Don't worry, Binance is a big site, and all of your money will not have security problems, it should be updated.

don't worry about it binance is still upgrading. it should be back it is more secure no need to worry.
wait until completing upgrade after that you can login.

It's exactly as it seems it is just doing some maintenance.

Is binance really upgrading? Not to long ago, maybe just a few hours, I login in binance to buy a certain coin and I don't have any problem logging in at all. Nothing at all!
But if so, they amazed me because it works finally fine even at their upgrade.

I was lucky and I checked in there a few weeks ago. Excellent exchange and there are no problems with withdrawal of funds. They promise to resume registration soon.

it was just a maintenance nothing to worry dude. only the new registration on binance is closed.
