Hello guys.

About me:
I am 21 years old from Switzerland. Currently studying. Been on this forum for a while, tested dropshipping and affiliate marketing. No big success with both of that. Most success I had through YouTube with Adsense. Around 40k earnings and now with Crypto.

I recently made 80k profit with investing into Crypto. Lost some due to bad tarding. So right now I am at 40k profit. (I invested around 20k)

My goal is to reach 1 Million USD by the end of 2018.

I'll update here with new picks I find and the earnings I made with each pick.

Here are my past entry points:
IOTA $0.77 (Sold right before it took off unfortunately)

WTC $1.40 (sold shortly after, bought into FUD)

Raiblocks $7 (bought at 7 USD (had 3100 coins, fucked up daytrading now I have 1400) Made around 30k profit

Tron $0.03 (3x now)

Cardano $0.1 (Sold at 0.5, now its 1$)

CURRENT PROFIT: 40'000 USD

I also invested 1k into Angel Token, which is a private investing community. I might also publish some picks from them here.

Looks like you are selling too quickly. Cardano is over $1.30 now.

Selling too early, I can definitely relate to that. I sold Ripple at $2.5, bought at $0.5, but its close to $4 now. Also sold Ripple at $1.2 and its almost $2 now.
So yeah, that happens in trading.

What about your current investments, you have not listed the ones you have invested in now.
I am also searching for some good options now after I've cleared my portfolio.

I bought Pulica, SNOV and WISH from ICOS and now i got 80k USD
I think trade is very hard to get faster profit than holder

I would look out for promising ICO's; EZToken, WePower, MedicalChain, HOQU, ... and invest a small amount in all of them.

Even if you did sell early, I think that a $2 dollar increase is still good profit, also, you can't blame yourself for selling early since you actually won't know if it will gain more value or plunge. So, I think you did the right thing, it's just a lucky strike for those who have held onto their coins and have sold them for a higher and better value. I think you should continuously invest in Ripple because it would continue to gain value considering the recent news from its developers on their plans to boost the coin. LTC is another good option.

It's a golden time for crypto so it's hard not to make money right now. So even though you sold too soon on some of those you probably moved it to something else which also made significant gains. I am looking into latium, neumark and red pulse right now, check them out if you have time they are all looking promising.

congrats. it is good money. i can suggest you a strategy for better profits.

hold half of the promising coins like ripple, cardano, stellar etc, and sell only other half for profits.
if you reach another level with profits, you can continue selling again in half.
this way, you can have profits and also get profits from possible future profits.

Well if you are making 40k then that's really a good profit according to me. You must continue with the same strategy but should wait a little longer before you sell the coins. Its quite obvious that you are selling way too earlier than you should in order to make a great profit. I was worse than you during the beginning days of my trading as most of my trades went in a loss. Most of the times the market played opposite to my trades. So it is always better to hold a little longer and not sell in a loss.

I would suggest smaller coins if you want huge profits. Raiblocks, Iota and so on are very high right now. Of course they could still climb, and probably will still climb, but if you go in lower coins you again have the chance for x20 or even x50. Like with Neo, Verge, Tron....I made a lot of money on these but the conclusion is not really to hold (all of them) still but use the earning to support smaller project, like for privacy Colx, Zoin, Linda are excellent choices and still cheap. Check their ANN threads and coming exchanges, news, updates... Colx got a LARGE community, Linda got a new marketing team and is pushing hard....

As for Raiblocks/Iota check out Oyster Pearl. Its also DAG.. .It uses the Iota Tangle.... and for the hype around DAG right now its still at a very low market cap with room for x20 or even x50. But as always do your own research.

Another is IOT Chain which isnt that cheap anymore but could be a 2nd Neo maybe as its the chinese Iota.

Its ok to lose some opportunities than get stucked in a losing trade,always take profits when you are happy and do not look back.

So definitely a good income, but in your place I would still slightly hold the coins that I bought earlier, too cheap you sold them.

You are a bit wrong about your profit. If you invested $20k and eventually got $40k then your profit is $20k, for you can't count the initial investment in the profit. On this forum it's more popular to right profit in a coefficient manner (e.g., you have 2x profit). If the initial investment is $20k and you seek for $1million than you are targeting an enormous 50x profit. I don't say it's impossible, but that won't be easy for sure. So far your main mistake was selling out too fast. I think you should go for long-term investments and simply buy the most promising (and most famous) coins even if for now their prices might seem high. I am sure they'll give you some nice profit anyway if you hold them enough. I suggest buying ripple, iota, monero, litecoin, bitcoin, neo, eth. If you're willing to try more risky things then buy electroneum as well. Good luck!

 Its  a really nice investment strategy but its very wise not sell all coins..its best you sell 50% of your coins and hold the remaining 50%. You are mostly likely to gain both ways  :)

With your statement it is shows that alts are more profitable than investing in pure BTC.

this is a fantastic journey. Are you lucky or smart i don't know but this is amazing how you are winning in crypto coin investing.

OP are good in analyzing the coin give some advice for newbie like me in investing project I also do day trading but is so risky sometimes I got loss please keep this thread alive post your new pick coin :)
Good job for analyzing the coin project you did well for all your work I also want to invest in some good altcoin but no idea which one is good to invest.

Im happy for you buddy, i really hope you reach your goal. But i suggest you hodl longer, since all of these coins are higher priced right now.

I like investing in long-term project . Seem your way is quick buying and selling , maybe you can suggest me some projects for long-term.

If you have a goal like $ 1 million, you have to hold it in your hands before you sell most things. it is much easier to reach your goal with long term investment :)

To start with, congrats for your story. There is one point, while you're in profit side, why did you sell them in cheap rates?

I mean if you held your ada, trx and xrb, you would have much more money than you made. It would be around $120k maybe who knows.

It looks like your road to 1 million by the end of 2018 will be smoother if you just become a hodler.  Just hold onto to what you have and stop day trading it.  Hodling has paid off for me as well as many in the cryptocurrency community.  Nailing tops and bottoms in cryptos is very difficult.  Good luck.

Why don't you hold some coins for a long term? It's not a big problem to sell but sell in right time is more important. Moreover, you are trading with good money. I'll see for your experience

Such weak hands. You sell your coins at the slightest change in the green color of the market. After a few months, you'll be looking back at the amount you have sold your coins and will be regretting it a lot. You should tru long term holding especially if your coins has that potential as a long term investment. It will give a far larger profit. You can also do some bounties in the forum to help you earn some coins. I haven't invested any mount in a single coin but I already made a huge profit from the coins I received as payment in my bounties and then I ventured into trading. If you add that up with investing, maybe it will be easier to reach your goal.

That's just the beginning. In many cases you are going through Crypto Trading. My only wish is that you will miss it and reach your goal. Good luck look forward and I expect what you said at the end of this year.

I guess we all hope to make our first million in 2018. For sure, if I didn't make a few huge mistakes I would already be there. But I am the way too :) Will give a look to all your suggestions.

Well that is awesome and 40k/week which is commendable.But you need to understand that you lost half of your earning so figure out what mistakes you have done and what new you can do.With your investment i can clearly see all your money are on relatively new coins which is good and you haven't got carried away that means you have patience so i would advice you to invest in some old coins like Ethereum,Monero and hold to get fast and bigger return.You can also try Ripple which is also doing great.If you need to attain your goal or to cross that you need to invest in coins which can provide you bigger and faster returns.Rest continue with the process what you have been doing and you will end up landing near your goal. Honestly, in the current market environment it’s not difficult to make money in crypto.  All coins are appreciating across the board, regardless of the number of outstanding coins, the state of the product, etc.  What’s really difficult to measure (because there is no index yet) is whether your returns are beating or lagging market.

I can see that you sell your coins to quick because TRX is now $0.2, had it been you waited a bit then you will definitely make big bucks from your investment.

Nice return, but as many have said, maybe look to hold longer, and avoid day trading. Especially if you are new to it.

I came back to crypto in the end of november 2017. Made about 210~% return so far, pretty happy.

I think he is short term trading which is more risky. I do believe in the power of holding which I think is more profitable than day trading. You better to hold some coin for long term purposes to support for the losses that you may encounter in the future.

You have achieved more in such a short space of time than many people achieve in a whole lifetime. Once you keep multiplying your wealth and keep reinvesting portions of the profits in new undervalued projects while waiting for the bigger projects to grow, you are bound to hit that million much faster than you ever imagined. congrats man! It's always nice to see people making gains in this space. Just be sure to put money aside, and do something nice for yourself and/or your family.

I would suggest not telling people in you real day life that you're aiming for this. Even if it's just $500, some people would try to rob for that.

Nice thread and one i'll be sure to follow. Definitely looks like you're selling too early but I guess profit is profit and it's better to sell early than potentially too late. Keep at it!

if you want achieve 1 million-you have to invest and hold good coins, think what may give you x12,5 in the end go 2018? it can be one coin-but risk is big or few coins wich will increase by same profit, you can sell when high but be careful because you can leave this train!
