Low market cap is seen always positive. I think Bancor you list is has lots of potential.

I hadn't looked at Enigma Catalyst since around the ICO, then went with other projects after the issue with the hack. But they are a smart group of guys, they should be able to pull off the data market. I have Eth and NEO long term too. I'm also holding some Tezos and hoping the mess gets cleared up between the foundation and developers.
