I believe they are trying to raise $5 million USD from the public token sale, and stated that about ~25k individuals have been whitelisted for it from a pool of 100k total. Currently, their public token sale scheme is similar to that of Wepower's -- everybody can get a chance to buy a little bit in the first x hours.
