Title: Yobit!!!!!!

Hello everyone, i got some serious problems with Yobix.

Today i registered an account and deposited 1,500+ DOGE coins from BitGrail, in the tx as i can see transaction seems completed (6/6) but i can't see any pending deposit in my balance account on YoBit.

As you can see, transaction completed. Anyway i'm absolutely worried about my coins. I've currently sent a ticket to YoBit support 5 hours ago, but no one returned me.

Please if i need to do something more, tell me.

Good luck with that, they usually respond after couple of days/weeks/months/never.

They wrote their wallet has been updated:

Warning! Please use only new Dogecoin address, wallet updated!

Maybe this is problem?

Although i saw this red warning i changed my deposit adress, and i sent the last changed adress.

So do i have to now? i'm severely worried.

Yes you have to be worried lol.

Although Yobit supports sucks, try to wait for "little" longer for their response. Your patience will be test here lol. Sometimes it will automatically be reflected but we don't know how long it will be. I just can't imagined why you choose Yobit as there are other trading platforms that listed Dogecoin. Since you are expecting some answers with them then your option only is to wait as no one can help you here even the Yobit's bitcointalk account. Try to hunt for Yobit admins at their trollbox (e.g dominikherzog). He is currently online while Im typing this.

Does that mean you got a response from them? If yes, you're lucky. Yobit was known to have a poor customer support. Some users waited for months, there are others who are still waiting and the rest gave up on it.

Can you confirm their support contacted you and solved the problem within six hours of opening a ticket? Did you have to ask for help from an admin in the trollbox, or was a support ticket the only thing you did?

You can only wait right now bro and hope that they reply soon...but there are a couple of things you must learn from this incident...
always careful before making transactions and see every thing is fine...
second switch to another good exchange...yobit is just a shit

Since problem had been solved already then better to lock this thread for further repetition of replies regarding such issue. For the sake of on-topic post. Usually deposits doesn't reflect and patience would really be test out on here. Lucky for you that the problem had resolved quickly not just like on other peoples the same issues until now it still being resolved by them. Better to change or jump out on this exchange to avoid future problems.
