Title: Do you know low fee Accelerator ?
Post by: flyx on January 05, 2018, 10:37:40 AM
I really tired of using bitcoin with high fees .. It seems these days we have to pay $100 for transfering $700 .. ridiculous fees ..

Do you know any low fee and trustable accelerator who confirm transactions by low fee ? (who accept other coins like as bch ,..)

do you know about Segwit? I think it is the solution for small transactions.

you can try Greenaddress wallet (https://greenaddress.it/en/) It has Segwit enabled.

also i read this
A transaction between two SegWit addresses is a SegWit transaction.

A transaction sent from a SegWit address to a non-SegWit address is a SegWit transaction.

A transaction sent from a non-SegWit address to a SegWit address is NOT a SegWit transaction. You can send a Segwit Tx if the sending address is a Segwit address.[1] (https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/7l9tda/day_2_i_will_repost_this_guide_daily_until/)

you can also read this How To Send Bitcoin Faster And Cheaper Over SegWit Transactions? (https://howtotoken.com/explained/send-bitcoin-faster-cheaper-segwit-transactions/)

Do you know any low fee and trustable accelerator who confirm transactions by low fee ? (who accept other coins like as bch ,..)

recommended this https://www.antpool.com/user/prioritiseTransaction.htm?m=savePrioritiseTx (https://www.antpool.com/user/prioritiseTransaction.htm?m=savePrioritiseTx)

I'm using Electrum , How i know wallet is Segwit or not

I will switch to LTC or ETH for buying altcoins since now .. BTC isn't good option right now .. I was paying $0.50 for btc transactions fee one or two years ago and everything was quick but now!

You can check in https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0 and you will see many users offer free or paid accelerator, but from my experience most of them not working.Just check last 20-30 demands from users and see if their transaction is confirmed or not.Why not pay with BCH direct instead offer BCH for service acceleration?SegWit is also option, but you need to transfer your BTC to SegWit address first.

I'm using Electrum , How i know wallet is Segwit or not

Electrum support SegWit from version 3.0.0 but also it is only wallet(as far I know) to use address format Bech32 where addresses start with bc1 and this is only wallet that use this format.Other wallets use P2SH addresses which starts with 3 and in that way make this kind of SegWit address compatible with most other wallets/service.

If you want to learn more about this visit this link : https://btcmanager.com/electrum-3-0-first-wallet-enable-bech32-segwit-addresses/

The answer depends on the type of SegWit address that you are using.

Are you using a native SegWit address (a bech32 address that starts with the letters "bc")? Then you can send funds to non-SegWit addresses,
but most wallets canīt send to you, unless the sender also uses a wallet that has already implemented bech32 support.

If you are using an encapsulated SegWit address (an address that starts with the number "3") then you can also send funds to
non-SegWit addresses. Additionally, these addresses are completely backward compatible that means that you can successfully receive
funds from every wallet or exchange.

is there any active validator that can confirm address type? saw something like that couple years ago, but can't find it now. and its probably outdated

Electrum generated "bc" letters address , Does it generate address with the number "3" ?
If not , what wallet software does it?
