I personally don't believe Dogecoin will become a market leader again. It has been pumped before, and as you can see in the graphs here https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/dogecoin/ it went down again. It has been at this price before, and I believe it will go down just like all the previous pumps. I wish I had bought some a while ago, but there's no utility in buying it now.

Oowwww yes! Doge will keep on climbing that chart. It may be gradual, but it will get there eventually. Too little attention was given to this coin. But now it’s making some noise loud enough for most to hear. This is why I will be holding..coz 2018 seems to be a good year for Doge..

the total dogecoin amount is very big but i still think that DOGE can become 1$ per one in the future day

Doge will alway be alive. Huge community. And someone mentioned the year of the dog 2018 in China. Which such a crazy crypto market this could be enough to let Doge explode.

But I like it better to invest on solid projects and roadmaps than hoping for crazy Chinese people investing :-)

Doge is a stable coin with huge community. But unfortunately the price will always be very very low. The max it can go is $0.05

Still have some doge on a a few old harddrives, good to see it go up again. Although I'm sure that it hasn't brought me much profit.

Well chinese have the year of the Dog. So might get a swing even just from them....never underestimate some MEME coins that are quick for transactions :D

It looks people are frustating to use another blockchain and then they are moving to the doge coin to get the cheap fees and fast transaction. We know that doge was even better than bitcoin cash.
But i will never try to buy doge at this moment because there is a big risk the price will be falling again.

We will see DOGE above 200 satoshis again. This is an asset for pump and dump due of its liquidity and lack of development. It may take a very long time but eventually it will happen. I'm a big fun of DOGE although not a big bagholder.

Yes, I think we all remember about Dogecoin trading above 100 satoshi for a month or so. But I do not think this enough to justify that the coin is dead like people have been insisting for so many years. Fiat wise, Doge is not only holding but climbing, steadily.  And all this without development restarting. Imagine what Doge will look like if the devs finally got their act together.

And if there is going to be a pump, which has happened every January, it has not happened yet! So, if you like short term gains with short term risk, I would say Doge is a smart buy now. Easily 100 satoshis again very soon.

i feel that many braindead people with a lot of money have recently joined crypto. they are pumping those crapcoins that have a huge amount of coins and thus have a low price.
what are they thinking? thinking that their billion crapcoin will be 15000$ per coin just like bitcoin?

I also bought some DOGE at 40sts. I am sure DOGE will be very powerful in the coming time and the big investors will be more interested in this altcoin. My prediction for DOGE is 300sts and then the price can fall for a long time

Although there is a pump to make doge price increased 90sts, doge but it is still not able to return to the top of it. doge was distributed too much. inflation occurs at doge. it really is not a good choice if you want long-term investment

In terms of growth potential, it can be evem better than tron but it has nothing but a community which will support this growth. It is already very high now.

Doge coin is an old coin that does not pump too much recently, I think it will pump much later since more and more investors will know that this project is reliable.

Not exactly abandoned development, but neglected. Original developer abandoned it yes but at least two developers are always associated. They did announce last year that they were going to return to development work and focus more on Dogecoin. As you know Doge is anyway already supporting certain other networks through helping to secure it. You can Google the dogecoin developers, I do not have their names, but they did say they are definitely doing something.

Reliable, because it has not dropped below fiat value much after climbing. And each climb results in more stable, higher medium price. Look at its history and it at least performs better than a lot of others AND has merchants.

If by chance, doge will reach 2usd then we will see a lot of multi-millionaire. It's almost impossible for a meme coin but who knows because crypto space is unpredictable ::)

Looks like oyu hitted the temporary top at the 5th of January. I hope you left the train when it pumped 20% more, and you are not going to hold. I think doge is a very risky investment that can go wrong very fast..

I think the same, I will buy some doge and start observing the market to get a profit doble, alt coin is right for me who only have a small capital to do trading, I also hope you can be successful because of buying doge

I am not sure the price of doge will be increase more, because the total supply of doge is too much
the high price 100 satoshi a few month ago.

There seems to be a support of about 64 satoshis at the moment, which is 50% below the recent high from January 8th.

when this post is created, doge price is higher than now
current doge price is about the same with doge price in the last year
it looks like this support will hold the price unless no more buyer want to hold this position
and also i think after this crash.. no more big movement for doge

I also don't believe dogecoin will be a market leader because dogecoin is not included in the top 10 coins bought by many traders. And I also have stopped buying dogecoin since a year ago because I suffered a loss when I first bought altcoin due to the dogecoin i bought dropped dramatically, besides that the sale and buy transactions are very slow compared to other coins, so sometimes the dogecoin not sold because the price already down even though the market price has reached the price that we put it

I don't really believe in dogecoin project. People are getting fooled by hype waves and they start investing in even bad coins such as dogecoin. It doesn't develop their platform, it only goes with pure manipulation. Beware of that dogecoin garbage.

I always like Dogecoin. Doge is on many exchanges, has a quick transaction for a small fee, many pairs to trade that it is attractive to many traders . I use it as a long term investment.

The only good thing about dogecoin are the fees, nothing more than that.

And you forgot to say that it is an adorable coin, in fact, paying with love fees (almost zero) and doing it almost instantly, is something that only a few altcoins have to offer at the moment.

It doesn't matter about it being a meme coin, it won't ever reach $2 a coin because the supply is so huge and demand could never be so large as to increase the price to that level. It will slowly fade away again after this pump is fully ended. There's no real reason to hold it other than because you like it. No development is going on.

actually, i do not believe in the Doge coin. It is just a funny coin for fan of Chiba Dog. It does not have an clear purpose or good project. I wont invest in it
