Title: Is there anything out there that is better than Raiblocks?
Post by: Fellowcitizen on January 05, 2018, 11:25:12 PM
I’m genuinely curious to know if there is any currency similar to or better than raiblocks? I feel like I missed the boat to get in early before the price exploded. I know Ripple has 1500tx/s but XRB still has faster speeds. is there anything better?

Ripple is not a blockchain so that's not even comparable.

There is a similar techno, but a lot better, coming soon: Wanchain

NXT and another DAG platform just like byteball and IOTA. They are all seem become very good place for you to invest your money. Remember byteball and IOTA is very similar to the railblock but it's only different in the mechanism. I heard XRB dev try to make a new ico called DADI. With DAG system by used the server as miner to processing the transaction and XRB gives instant transaction with zero fees.

Nxt, IOTA and Byteball are completely different and offer far from as good specs as RaiBlocks (transaction speed, scalability, Delegated Proof of Stake...). IOTA is not even a finished product and has more than twice the market cap of RaiBlocks, so I wouln't say that it is too late to get into RaiBlocks. We will probably see forks/clone of RaiBlocks comming so waiting for one is an option but RaiBlocks will remain the "Bitcoin" of the Block Lattice (the tech) and you can safely expect it to make x10 this year, as oppose to investing in one of those RaiBlocks fork/clone that may fail or even be scams.
