For me LOYALTY, because its not enough that you only trust then you'll not going to stay for good. Loyalty is what needed most for a bounty group.

Yes I agree, LOYALTY. Because nowadays if your going to trust that person but she/he is not loyal to yo then your loyalty was not enough. The trust will be broken. But if you stay loyal to your partner or to the other then trust will build after on it.

Actually most important thing is how innovative the project is. We have so many new projects and coins that are similar in many ways. Because of this i look for new ideas and solutions when i am searching for a bounty.

I took part in a small amount of bounty. But judging by my observations, the biggest income is for participants of high ranks - full member and higher. There are also a limited number of participants on the list. This is also very good, as the more participants, the less everyone gets. And the most important is a good project.

You trust in that project ? Join it, the trust will be build along the way and the loyalty come together with that

for me its loyalty because these days are hard to trust any person if she/he or loyal enough and its takes years to build a loyalty and it takes a short time to break the loyalty.

No just trust in a bounty group, but also trust in cryptocurrency system

Joining the bounty campaign is because of the promise of the ICO project, and the rewards I get from the bounty will be great.

I prefer both of them. If you want to become successful with your bounty campaign, you need to trust it first. Trust that in the end of ICO your share will equally given to you. Trust in a way that even the project is not popular and there is an issue behind the project, you will always support. Trust is the most important because eventhough there is an issue or rumors that your campaign you've joined is  scam and the manager is not updating the spreadsheet, you will continue to support.
Trust is equivalent in loyalty for me. If you have trust, you have also loyalty to it. Loyalty makes yourself stronger to hold on even in a relationship, cryptocurrency and other.

Trust and loyalty are both important. Like in our real life, we need to build the relation among us. without them, no reall thing will be built.
