Post by: wongjack on January 06, 2018, 08:44:06 AM
Guys,

I'm from Malaysia, and I brought 8000btc when many years ago(and glad that I still have found back).

I'm looking for cash out all the btc I have own now,it is about 100 million usd fund, but I don't think my country market have support that huge of volume,I do my research found that exchanges in Malaysia are really small, big exchanges like only bitfinex and coinbase can support that much of volume, but it can't use their service in Malaysia, and I'm not US citizen.I don't know what to do now.

I'm really frustrated knowing I own that much of money but I can't cash out due to my country is not popular with this coin, any suggestion for me? Whoever can help me solve my problem I promise to gave him 50btc after I manage to cash out.A man will keep his word.

Dude, congratulations. Can you take your bitcoins and move to another country?

Edit: to anyone who considers assisting the OP, beware of the potential for advance fee fraud.

id probably make a plan to contact Gemini - and see if they are interested in buying that large volume. If and when you take a trip to their offices to sort it out. Other than that i really doubt you can sell that large volume without any bullshit happening.

can you let me know which country can do withdrawal for 100million usd fund?
I really don't mind pay 50% tax to gov or whatever,I just want to cash out.

is US legal for 100million fund withdrawal?how much taxes I need to paid for that?

The worst case is that you will have to pay taxes to 2 countries. Your own and the country that you sell them in.
That could happen if your country does not have a tax agreement with the 2nd country.

And of course it is legal to withdraw money. Could be difficult to get that much cash though.

Even in the U.S. you wouldn't be able to withdraw it all at once either, although caps are larger. That's not a criticism on Bitcoin that's because our systems are so flawed. So I suggest just keeping the Bitcoin and keep withdrawing your cap ever week or month. You'll probably enjoy seeing your Bitcoin grow in value over the years anyways. And who knows I bet with time your country will learn to adopt Bitcoin faster.

I would presume one of the cheapest places to sell the BTC would be the UK, I believe you would pay CapitalGains on the sell and it will be 28%

Could do this create a company there, then sell to Gemini.

But like i said he should at least get a hold of them, then setup a plan with them in terms of being able to sell that such large volume, Gemini and lawyers to set up a company in where ever is Malaysia friendly county that deals with Gemini.

Only reason i say Gemini is that its the twins, not random idiots who all run the other exchanges.

I would also say Kraken is the way you could sell bitcoin quickly you can sell $500,000 a month when you verity your account to Level 4

Could you sell us Bitcoin at a slightly reduced rate, im sure many here would love to top up their holdings

I would probably do it on Coinbase, a verified account can do $20,000 a day, so just transfer 20k a day and withdraw it every day

Why not make small cashouts? I think having 20k usd is enough. You cannot spend that 100m usd in a day. Anyway, congratulations.

I can see if he can even get that fully verified on coinbase, i don't think so being the country he is in. Once he sells for x amount of days they probably will shit him down or freeze to inquire wtf is going on lol.

Thanks everyone for the advice.Contact Gemini or other for big exchanges private deal should be the best idea so far,

because I can't even get verified account on these exchanges, they only allow US citizen.

Best of luck going forward, would you consider selling small amounts to us in the mean time :) ?

I can not understand why you need to withdrawal such a large sum?
Generally I think that it is dangerous. Big money likes silence. I would put half or a third into altcoins, the rest of the sum was divided and put on a few (for example 10) cold wallets.
And I would invest in several ICO's in the banking sector, with dividends.

Try to use different exchange for your bitcoins. Whoah that's a lot btw. Use exchangers such as bittrex, binance, kraken and many more. Do verification for each and I am telling you, you can withdraw all of those. Using paypal I think and a bank in your country could do that. Just becareful with the transaction, you might copied wrong btc address.

A good idea might to be purchase 1000 DASH ($1 million ish about 90 Bitcoin) You get proof of Stake and will get 2 DASH per week as interest, you so just easily sell of the interest received roughly $6000 a month

This would be a good investment with your huge holdings of bitcoin

Just make sure you know what you are doing. 8000 BTC is a LOT! Make sure you are familiar with laws prevailing on your country. You don't want your bank account to get frozen or get in trouble with the laws, do you? Transferring such large amount of money will actually get your attention.

First of all, be practical. You cant cashout 8000 BTC at once. Even if you do, the Malay govt will turn towards you and will bombard you with questions. Try to sell small amounts and setup a business of your own in your country. Become a businessman, roam around and try to sell Bitcoins hand to hand in the countries where you travel and transfer them in low amounts to your bank accounts. It will take decades to cashout all your Bitcoins safely.

What I would suggest is not to cash out all your funds at once. Not so much for the governments being suspicious (as seen in the post above), however also if the exchanges want to scam you. Its very important that you do not do this as essentially all of the major exchanges have scammed people before, and its not a good idea to fall into that situation also with the exchange being overseas to you.

Thanks everyone for the advice.Contact Gemini or other for big exchanges private deal should be the best idea so far,

Yes, you should watch out for this.

What I would do is this: Buy a plane ticket to america, and visit the HQ of a major exchange like poloniex or bitfinex and exchange it to them face to face. Thats probably thee best and safest method.

I think biggest problem for OP is that he want to stay in his country and cash out all at once. Why not try to sell 500 BTC or less amounts on local exchanges and solve this problem in 2+ week or month time if tax is not problem.Sell all in one transaction even if you have a chance to do it certainly not advisable, you could send all your BTC to wrong address or get your money frozen on exchange for some reason.

Be smart and take the time to thoroughly study it,and do not trust anyone with your private keys/seed-I bet you will get too many promising offers how to solve this "problem" on your PM.

US is probably not an ideal country for you to move in, better choose Germany or Switzerland or some other country in Europe.
And then you can start cashing out in small chunks, you shouldn't try to cash in big amounts like 10 bitcoin at once, try with one bitcoin every other week or so if you need.

why in the world do you want to cash out 8000 bitcoin at once! that is about 132 million dollar. do you seriously need 132 million dollar at once?

and there is no way that your government (no matter what country you are from) wouldn't start asking questions. not to mention the huge tax that you have to pay on that much money and all the risks of you and your bank accounts be flagged with a big red flag!

as for the suggestions that  people told you to contact exchanges,... i suggest not doing it specially since you are not in the same country as Gemeni,... finding someone off the market is a better choice but cashing out slowly is a better option.

in any case if you chose exchanges, any of the top ones (bitstamp, gemeni, bitfinex, Gdax,...) would have more than enough liquidity for you to sell 8000 and price don't even move much.

Are you really serious about this, if this is true, congratulation. You need to move to a country that
that is highly capped for you to be able to turn your BTC to fiat money. But there will be restrictions

there is always withdrawal limits on exchanges without any exceptions and you will most likely be able to withdraw that much to your bank account in multiple requests in many days but you will surely encounter a lot of issues when you want to get the money out from the bank to your own country.

Well, this topic is really interesting to have a talk with. First of all congratulations for your Richie rich life with 8000btc if that's true because your investment has changed your life. Now coming to the Main point, you need to create some foreign bank accounts and also multiple foreign exchange accounts so that you can make your transactions smoother but obviously it will take some time and another option is that you can also change your citizenship from Malaysia to USA or any other big countries where your cash out can be made .

First of all, at this amount, you can find some good lawyer and specialist to do it for you - mainly for tax purposes. I believe there are ways to make a clean cash-out without too much troubles if you hire good ones.

Second of all, plan your cash out: why sell everything in one shot? What will you do with fiat money? If anyway you are going to put them in bank, why not keep BTC?

Last thing, congratulations, seriously!

With such large amounts of money, it's best to get a legal party involved to oversee that nothing happens. Go to a safe country and find a top-rated lawyer that is willing to work with you to reduce taxes. Make sure the wallets are secured of course

i just took a look at the bitcoin rich list, and looking in the 7k , 8k+ range, all of the adresses have been regurlarly used or created VERY RECENTLY.

No way a newbie could wake up today and find its 8k bitcoins just like nothing happened. there is no account that fits the description you made.

none of these accounts belong to "early bitcoiners that came back from the dead" .

this is sooooo fishyyyy lol

Even if this is bilge, I find the lack of awareness on how you'd deal with something like that on this thread rather pitiful.

No one with these amounts goes to an exchange. You go straight to an OTC broker who'll have family offices, hedge funds and other deep pockets salivating at the idea of being able to buy such a large amount in one go.

They pay you directly P2P with zero effect on the market.

I hope you lot don't wind up with thousands of BTC or you'll go straight to Yobit and obliterate everything.

Whoever can help me solve my problem I promise to gave him 50btc after I manage to cash out.A man will keep his word.

what country that can support 100 mil usd withdrawal?

I'm actually have thinking about open an US bank account, but I'm not sure whether I can withdrawal that much of fund from exchanges to my bank account or not.

I actually don't mind paying tax fees to US or Malaysia gov whatever,I just want to have a cash out plan.

Alright man, I'll bite. Im going to LMAO if this bears fruit..

First off, consider you dont want to cash out all of that at one time. Tax is usually assigned on assets like this when you convert to fiat, so to be safe, take off what you can in a reasonable way. I would take off a decent amount, but not so much that you would blip in the eyes of your respective government. Also, there are few places on the world that would let you convert all this at once. Do smaller amounts. There is no rush.

The immigration thing here is actually a serious issue. Do not count on being able to move into the US as easily as before, our immigration policies are in flux, to say the least.

Secondly, its bitcoin! as long as YOU can move outside of the borders of your country, your bitcoin (or at least access to it) will move with you.  You are stinking rich if you are being honest, relocating to a more friendly/ higher capitalized environment. Once you establish domicile, you can use the exchanges of that better economy. In a similar vein, open an international bank account. Use an OTC service to sell via bank wire; you dont have to hold that value in your native fiat.

Finally, purchase expensive assets with the bitcoin, like gold, art, or performance vehicles. they are pretty liquid in most markets.

But for everyone else on this thread, do be wary of an advance fee scheme  ;)

PM me for a BTC addy

Everyone who think 8000btc sell won't bring the price down is moron.
Everyone who think to trust ANY exchange with that amount is retard.
Everyone who never had that kind of money and give advice how that kind of amount to be withdraw without law knowledge is time waster...
Enough to say ?
Or i should add that even Ukraine CEO was kidnap for 1% of this entire amount and you talk free about 100mil usd in coins and you are looking for troubles?
Only few people from this forum can give you Good advice and i dont see any of them posting.
Do not trust ANY word or advice here...
You asking your questions in the wrong place
You are really crazy to share that kind of information public, and if i were you, i would never come back after i have few answers or someone who really knows how to help you.
That kind of amount can be withdrawn slowly and legal only via few ways, and only retarded person will withdraw the full amount also :)

You will be included of among most rich people in the world if is really you have that much bitcoin in your pocket and maybe Bill Gates will bow down to you.True or not with your things the best way to withdraw it is to convert it to fiat as much as you could in Malaysia then use it to travel  as a tourist in any country that accepts bitcoin and slowly to convert it to cash on each nation then of course you really need to open a bank account legally in that nation anyway you are already rich so there is no problem about that.  ;D

Why are you actually asking for 100Million US$ cashout all together? Why not you just cashout few bitcoins like 3 or 4 and cashout. I am sure you can handle that.

If you withdrew 8000BTC all at once you'd crash the market for awhile. You'd lose a lot of money in the process. You need to sell in chunks on various exchanges. You can even transfer your Bitcoin to other coins and cash them out as well. It may take time, but getting 100 million all at once is a bit extreme.

Hey, if what you are saying is true, you could send me BTC and I will withdraw the money for you. You can send me small amounts and I will move it to some service like PayPal and send it over to your account. If I keep 0.6% of the money you send me each time this will equate to 50BTC once we do this with all your 8000BTC. You can send me a single Bitcoin in the first transaction to establish trust, then we can grow the amount you send gradually.

Naturally, as a complete stranger it would be unwise to trust me without reason.

With gradual sending, I have no incentive to cheat you. If I run off with the first Bitcoin I miss out on an opportunity to make 50Btc. Eventuallly the amounts you send would exceed 50BTC, but at that point hopefully we would establish enough trust to not screw eachother. If I had 50BTC I would be wealthy enough to retire and I have no desire of double crossing a multi millionaire. I'd also have to answer to all the legal proceedings if I was to cheat you. The government would want to know how I came accross so much Bitcoin. If my actions were unfair I'd face criminal prosecution. So you can trust me to do the right thing.

If you are interested PM me. I will provide you an address to which you can send to. Provide me with a Paypal email that I can send to you. If Paypal is unavailable I'm sure there is another way I can get money to you.

Edit: to anyone who considers assisting the OP, beware of the potential for advance fee fraud.

I doubt he is true with his words. Above all, he is a newbie, if you are in the crypto space for that long, you should've at least have had an older account.
Plus, 8000 BTC? I wouldn't brag about it on this forum.

Dude first of all congrats! Now for your problem, you will have to do it small amounts at a time. LIke make yourself a monthly payout of 0.5 btc? So that your local exchanges can replenish their funds. Now do this for life. If you plan on exchanging everything in one go, I don't know about your country, but with that huge amount of money you will get reported one way or another if it reaches any banks. Then you'll have a lot of explaining to do that it didn't come from terrorist or money laundering. Privacy out the window. That's my opinion. Good luck!

i just took a look at the bitcoin rich list, and looking in the 7k , 8k+ range, all of the adresses have been regurlarly used or created VERY RECENTLY.

none of these accounts belong to "early bitcoiners that came back from the dead" .
Open your eyes!
There are actually 3 accounts on thet page that DO match that description.
8021BTC, 8000BTC and 7941BTC One of them last touched in 2013, another in 2009 and third in 2010

And the OP did not even say that his coins would be in one wallet.

PS: Yep, I do not believe him either, but anything IS possible.

if it is true you have 8000 btc maybe you can divide me 1 btc just to prove that you really have 8000 btc.
Chances are if it is true I will volunteer to help you to withdraw your money, but with the system little by little because I do not want to make the government suspicious and will make a myriad of questions that will be timp to me.
I am serious if you really want me to help, please pm me.

Cash and Tax goes together, however here is a wild and crazy idea.  Perhaps tons of gold from a respectable dealer.  1KG is worth about 41,000 USD or bit more.  Your go from one storage of wealth to another and diversify your portfolio.

Although it might not be, I am 100% certain this is a scam. If you live in malaysia then you must know how to trade your bitcoin as you bought it in the first place, and there were no exchanges available in malaysia in the early stages of bitcoin. There is no way you were able to purchase 8000 btc back then and not know what to do with it. Secondly there are only a few adresses on the Bitcoin rich list with around 8000 btc on them and all of them have withdrawn btc in the last two years, now it is possible that you held bitcoin in different wallets but it is unlikely and it would further establish my point of how well you know the system.

8000 is too big for the market in one time of cash out. One warning for you is you'd better not cash out in one time. There are several ways you can go.
1. Make it several stages spanning a time line like one month or one quarter.
2. Spread it to several people that you trust. Let them cash out individually.
3. Cash out in several exchanges.
4. If you are not confident with the price of BTC, then you can temporarily transfer to USDT. With usdt, you can secure the value of your btcs.

And, it is better not to make yourself a target. Try to hide your identify because it is a lot of money.

Wish you all the best. Hope you can also donate some to people who are in great trouble.

I don’t think there’s an otc investor in the world that would buy that much coin at these prices. I hooked up with a friend I met at a meetup in San Francisco that introduced me to a buyer. I sold him 2000btc but the price was much lower then. That’s also way over the ability of any exchange currently operating. I can’t imagine any exchange has 100 mil in reserves at any bank anywhere. Exchanges require buyers to cover the costs of sellers. They mainly hook you up with buyers and act as an intermediary (for a fee). You would need to sell off slowly at multiple exchanges to do it.

You need to get into darknet territory where you're going to pay a fee to get into deepweb area's where you will be able to change those into tangible metals which then you will have success selling.  The people that will exchange those into tangible precious items are dangerous to say the least.

That being said... I have helped facilitate large transfers (100+) BTC several times in my life (two involving third party armed escrow).. I can tell false preachers from prophets, this isn't how, even an ignorant person with a sum that large, would approach a forum full of opportunists.

That's not to say this couldn't happen to others... and if you happened upon something of this nature you would want to facilitate 20btc-100btc sales "AS NEEDED" through, not only buyer hunter services, but also insured escrow agents (as needed) that can provide you help and security.  If you don't think people have died trying to make these transfers you're smoking crack.

I can not understand why you need to withdrawal such a large sum?
Generally I think that it is dangerous. Big money likes silence. I would put half or a third into altcoins, the rest of the sum was divided and put on a few (for example 10) cold wallets.
And I would invest in several ICO's in the banking sector, with dividends.

right
just find a way to withdraw small amount each day or so, why the hell you wanna cash out all ?  some people gonna try to steal   or worse you die ?

That is a huge amount so be careful. Scammers will be on your way now lol Well about your problem, that would be hard but i suggest why not sell it partially like sell 1k bitcoin today then next week sell another 1k bitcoin. That is also a problem here in my country since we only have 1 trusted btc wallet and they can't even cater 10 btc.

Anyone with this sum of coins in my experience wouldn't have to ask this question.

But for anyone else who might need to know:   simply:  1) Google the nearest country with exchanges that allow non-resident accounts and also bank accounts that allow non-resident accounts

Um, well, that's it.  It's a one step solution.   At most, you might have the inconvenience of having to fly there to open the bank account in person, but there's no problem with that since you have 72 million.   Maybe you can find a cheap ticket on Air Asia or Ryan Air, LOL.

I think i heard about this situation already last year but i just don't remember when but anyway your scenario is very simple . In cash as much as your local exchange can afford then you will become a rich man in Malayasia then you go to USA as a tourist then convert your btc their to US dollars in legal way in which you could afford to hire a lawyer to assist you for your all documents needed.

Well an amount that high would definitely get the attention of authorities if you involve banks. Better get a hard wallet to keep your wealth safe and then withdraw or transfer to your account little by little. A huge chunk of that amount will be eaten away if your government decides to tax you for it.

I mean, you have to move to move, from malaysia to another country, and in every country that you pass by you exchanging bitcoin your property. then go to another country until all your coins are sold out
and you should first go to my country, Indonesia and I will help you to exchange your bitcoin with fiat money how? ha ha ha  :D :D :D

It is not a good idea to cashout all the bitcoins at the same time because many governmets are freezing the bank account who earned lot of money from the crypto currency but I think it is possible in US but they are charging upto 40% taxes for crypto currencies but you said you don't mind that.
But I think you can do it by yourself buy selling it into the localbitcoins.com  by small, small amount into different bank accounts. It may take time but it is worth to do because earning money is not a easy job now.

That was a very very big amount of money if you are truely not a scam and if you realy have that much money then dont withdraw it in one time withdrawal only. You can take it in one withdrawal even in a bank the government and the autorities will question you and freeze your money them accuse you as a scammer. My advice is just keep it to your wallet and sell it slowly like 5 to 10 BTC a day then slowly withdraw it and do small business.

So,  for 50 btc, I will give it a go.

If i where you i would try to go on a big market where you can actually spend that much money.

I do not believe you can cashout 8000 btc in one day, this process will  take month. This is not so much because it is hard to cashout, but because you went from "normal guy" to "extremely rich" and you do not know how to navigate in those water. You have to learn and to find helpful people which needs trust, which needs time.
Your main problem is to have a bank account and an exchange account in a country where the marketcap is very high.
If you go through a broker you will still need to get a bank account in a country that is not yours.

My solution is the following :
You have so much money you can buy yourself a new citizenship. This is also a gift for your childrens as they will have 2 different citizenship giving them much more flexibility in the future.

I would choose either Malta or Switzerland.

Malta
Malta gives you EU citizenship which in turn gives you the possibility to live anywhere in EU.  On the downside, you will have to pay the 30% flattax  on your capital gain. Go and check this page for information
To get citizenship, you have to :
-> pay 650 000$ to the government
-> Buy 350 000$ worth of real estate ( and keep it 5 years)
-> Buy 150 000$ worth of malteese investment
check here for more details http://www.maltaimmigration.com/

Which mean, you have to first cashout at least 1 150 000 $. I belive you can do it in your country.
Note that after this process that can be done in 3 month, you will already  to sell bitcoin for € and transfer it to yourself.
Then they will give you a eResidence and you then have to live 1 year in Malta, After a year, you will be Citizen of Malta and the EU. You can easily extend this citizenship to your wife and kids.
Citizenship canot be removed from you, which mean this all process is a lifetime bonus for you and your kid.

Cashing out in Malta might force you to pay the 30% flat tax. Depending when you do it, you might still be fiscaly in malaysia and thus pay 0% tax. But you have to  (triple) check this out.

Switzerland
Switzerland is not so straightforward to get as Malta, BUT the taxes are much lower (1% or less).
I am much less aware of how to achieve the same thing but i am sure it is possible. Switzerland is a federal country, which means it should be considered as various little country, and the process/ tax might depend on the "canton" you actually choose to live. Genève or Zurich will probably be the best choice.
The process to actually get citizenship will need you to live in switzerland much longer  (6month+/year for 12 years) . But you will get permanent visa fast and be able to cashout easily.

I would choose Malta if you do not care of paying 25 000 000 in tax but want to go back quickly in Malaysia. Otherwise i would choose Switzerland.

Regarding forkcoin
Do not forget to cashout your altcoins! Bch/bcg/btx/... /bcd( last !)

Other option
You can alternatively create a company in a big marketcap country ( never forget taxmen) and sell your bitcoins to a bank account belonging to this company. That would secure your exit price. But then will come the question of how to legally use this money that now belongs to your company...

Here in my country it is very easy to cash our bitcoins.  I do not know if it is legal but it is seems like that.  Bitcoin can be encash on banks and other remittance center.  If you have that big amount of btc, why would you cash it all out.  Why not just reserve some.

The simplest way to do it is to send the BTC to someone else in another country, and pay them a fee for their service.

I live in the UK and can provide this service for you, we can start off with small amounts, I'll use my localbitcoins.com account and you'll pay me a small fraction for my effort.

This will be much cheaper than the capital gains tax you'll face elsewhere.

If it is in China, I suggest you find some large dealer exchanges instead of exchanges, because the amount of money is too big to cause a lot of volatility and safety issues.

Right now you do not have to withdraw them as right now the price is lower and in the coming months the price of this coin will increase much higher than at that time it is possible that people in your country also have joined on a large scale and you will easily withdraw any amount you want.

That is incredibly huge. You just can't cash out that all at once. Do it portion by portion. Although i highly recommend sir, that you just encash about 50% of your bitcoin. Leave the remaining for your kids future. I'm just saying.
Go out to other country where bitcoin is not banned and cash out a small portion of your bitcoin. Then fly out again to another country and do the same. I suggest that when you do this tag along the whole family. It will be a double purpose, for cashing out and treating them for a vacation. This way everybody is happy.

No doubt bitfinex and coinbase are two big bitcoin exchanges and these two exchanges can help you to find cast out your money but for that you need us citizenship , I think your idea of opening bank account in us is good , you can cash out your bitcoins in this way but I have another alternative for you, you need not to sell them all at once, sell them in parts and moreover this time the valuation is also not that much high so for now sell a part of them in Malaysia only and hold the remaining for the future may be conditions will be different in the future.

Whatever advice you decide to follow, DO NOT sell all those coins at once, for the following reason :

1. 8000 coins sold on a single exchange, will trigger a panic affect and it will crash the price.

2. If someone is trying to scam you, you do not lose all your coins in one scam. <Do small test transactions at first and then gradually increase the amounts per sale>

3. If you have full access to the private keys of these coins, then you still have millions of dollars worth of free forked coins to sell.

My "Spider" senses are telling me that this is a scam, but I still want to protect a legitimate seller, if they are clueless about the impact of this decision.  ::)

just make a smaller scale withdrawal anyway that btc and money being exchange for bitcoin is not for your country to take instead it is from the contact of that exchange to the bitcoin exchange. Those money that will be used will be replace by after the exchange receiving those bitcoins and that is fiat money that will be given to the exchanger from the bitcoin exchange to your country.

Well, to be honest, my first impression is that you are lying.
The reason why is because if you really did jump in to btc a couple years ago, and can't even figure out how to cash out, then you obviously don't know the fundamental benefits of blockchain.  Which means you are either ignorant all these years or lying.

But, I will give you the benefit of the doubt and offer a solution for you:

- Blockchain is decentralized p2p technology that is virtually untraceable to real life identities and accounts if done p2p.  So, what this means, is that all you have to do is find buyers you can directly sell to and skip exchanges all together.

As far as banking goes, just make an offshore bank account.  Do a quick google search, there are lots of companies that will help you do this.

If you are really lost, then I recommend using localbitcoin.com.  It's basically ebay for btc.
You can find buyers easily through there and then have them pay through western union, or just direct deposit into your bank account.

One thing you need to realize though, is that no matter what changing 8000 btc into cash is going to take a lot of time, so take that into account.

Hmm

There are countries that are crypto friendly

Like Puerto Rico
https://www.nytimes.com/2018/02/02/technology/cryptocurrency-puerto-rico.html

You can simply go there, maybe buy a property (pay in BTC)

Then you can open a bank account there and convert BTC to fiat whenever you need to. Plus it is a Crypto paradise so you could probably even sell your BTC to locals. I'm sure the country has already attracted a fair amount of crypto whales.

You can also become an e-resident in Estonia and open an account there. They are crypto friendly so you can divert some funds to that account as well.

If this info was helpful then feel free to hook me up with some BTC  ;D ;D ;D

That's a hell lot of btc to own but why are you in a hurt to sell them off? Prices are discounted not a good time to sell, I would hodl them and sell it later when the price rises, you can go to Japan and speak with their authorities and sell there, only they'll be able to give you a good deal or better put everything there and amazing interest.

I would recommend you to hire the public accountant and let him do this task for you (on the planning part). As you said, you don't have issues with the taxation, I don't see any difficulty in cashing out 8K Bitcoins. You can always trade on the international exchanges having adequate trade volume and withdraw the amount and doing a wire transfer to your bank.

If it is real, why do you want to exchange your BTC so much? Also, 8k in one withdrawal? You can do it minimally. Daily withdrawal.

8000 BTC is huge money even this amount only belong to big bitcoin exchange for 24 hours volume support and if you really have it then i suggest to you withdraw gradually from the particular amount such as 5 or 10 BTC for each days and currently it's not difficult to find trustable bitcoin exchange in Malaysia so i think that would not problem

Wow, what a huge money. But why do you want to withdraw it in one time? For me, you should withdraw it minimally so that you can spend your bitcoin. Withdraw it when you need money. I think 8000 BTC is a very huge money to hold so you must withdraw it minimally. You can withdraw it daily or weekly.

If you really have so much funds lying in your wallet, why don't you migrate to a country which allows this.

I have a suggestion for members here not to contact OP offering help to withdraw these BTC for some commission. This can also be some scam, it is very much common on social networks. OP should have posted some proof for this if he was really serious.

if you can't cash out your bitcoin in your county, you should go to a bigger country that support bitcoin but if you can't do that,  I suggest you to cash out your bitcoin gradually because I think cash out 8000 bitcoin in the same time is very risky,. may be in one day you can sell 1-10 bitcoin. it may will take a time but it is safer than you have to sell all your bitcoins at once.

I'm actually have thinking about open an US bank account, but I'm not sure whether I can withdrawal that much of fund from exchanges to my bank account or not.

I actually don't mind paying tax fees to US or Malaysia gov whatever,I just want to have a cash out plan.

If you do not deceive, then you need to move to live in the USA. There you can pay taxes and freely display your millions.

If i were you, i would cash out little by little every month. Just consider you have a big passive incomes.
Anyway, what is the limit cap in your country ? Don't cash out it all, do it many times. If you immediately cashout 8000 BTC, your government
will suspicious on you. Avoid it at all cost.

You can sell for dollars and withdraw through offshore. You can register as an entrepreneur, and on documents to spend money from bitcoin, as earned on your business. You can pay tax, as from working with investment assets.
There are different exchangers in which you can sell bitcoins for dollars. And it is not necessary to sell all the bitcoins at once.

I can't trust on you. I am feeling that you are joking to others. If it is true then I advise not to sell in single time. Sell it in parts in partly time. You can go to USA, UK, Japan.

I don't think Op will make it possible. It is a huge amount and surely he'll end up with a legal problems. Better is to cash out what is required and have the rest in terms of bitcoin. Some people have interest upon bitcoin knowing that it is highly risk involved and not the same as other investments.

Anyway thats water under tge bridge,I would suggest investing in some assets...say find someone from your home country that can sell you a house or something of great value for some of your btc....or you could take it slow and buy some stuff from online stores buy selling some of your btc for giftcards but be on the look out for scammers.

There are many suggestions thrown around, the first thing he has to do is to contact a lawyer and take a legal opinion on withdrawing this much amount in Malaysia, there will be tax issues you have to sort out these things before planning to sell the coins at once, if it is legal in that country then there is no way he could get in trouble, he can sell the coins in the exchanges around the globe and he must be able to wire the money to his account, the best solution is to find an OTC broker and negotiate terms with him since you are dealing with high numbers and you can very well sell your coins easily because these private sales have high volumes than the public exchanges, so it is possible.

Wow, This is really a huge amount of BTC, This is the first time that I see someone who have this large amount of bitcoin like that this year. I think it's too hard even if you are in US to cash out this huge amount in just one cashout. I suggest to cashout out monthly or weekly some of your btc in some great exchanges online or you can travel with us and do that. Enjoy with your btc my friend.

You will be able to transfer bitcoins and some of them you can withdraw in dollars. You may be able to pay the tax, but it is a more profitable option. There will be questions Write to the PM

Damn, that would be pretty good idea but considering he has $100 million $6000 a month would be nothing for him, with so much money he can start so many businesses that will earn much more.

Well, I think that you should consider trying to go to a country where you can cash out. If you have the means to buy 8000 bitcoin then i think that you can also have the means to travel to another cou try temporarily just so that you can cash out your bitcoin. I think that if ou. THis you can ensure that you would have the full value of your coins. The bad news is currently the bitcoin price value is on a free fall and that is a bad price to sell into.

You are great, man! All the best!
You can try to get a US investor visa ( EB-5) and move to USA.  I think you need to have a business plan that will help US citizen to get jobs. To get the visa you need to at least invest USD 500,000 to USD 1 Million. With your capital you can do it! Try to connect with a US based blockchain based project or venture capital and make connections to start a business. Also hook up with a US based immigration lawyer to get more information. Again find a way to convert your BTC to fiat and moving to USA would be a great way to achieve it and have a better future for you and your family!

Hi,

I have some client from London looking for 1,000 to 10,000 btc ,
they are willing to buy bulk bitcoin with escrow.
KYC,AML,POF will be prepared by lawyer firm, the buyer are legit.

If you know any broker can fill our volume, please let me know.

My telegram id: jackwongvt

does anyone really take him seriously? look at those 2 posts he made ::)
why would he try to find a seller for his 'client' that is buying 1k-10k BTC?
why not sell his own 8000 BTC to that 'client'?

opens a local (malaysian) bank account and deal with his 'client' in person face to face
tells his client to transfer the money to his account while sipping a cup coffee in coffee shop
then transfers his bitcoin in front of his 'client' after money transfer/wire has been confirmed
if he's worry about receiving large amount of money transfer at once, do it in smaller amount and periodically

Dude if you are owning such a huge amount of bitcoin which is worth of billions of dollars then I don’t think that you need to cash them out now because this is the time when the valuation is very low and everyone is just busy in buying more and more bitcoins so that they can prepare themselves for the future when the valuation will inflate, I will advise you only that you should hold your bitcoin as much as you can till the valuation inflates in the future so that you could have very good profit.

I think that even if you move to a country with a big cap, you will still get some process because seeing your amount for withdraw is not a little. If you really want to sell all bitcoin you have in 1x transaction it will affect to the market and local bank in any country will request tempo for your transaction. My advice if you really want to cash out, try to sell some of it first because it would be better to have in the future when you still have 50% of your bitcoin right now.

I really agree with this, there are many ways we can do to cash out into money. But you're not planning on withdrawing all your btc, right? You have lots of coins, I think it would be wise if you don't take them all at once. Moreover, if you believe, someday bitcoin will surely rise again.

Whoever can help me solve my problem I promise to gave him 50btc after I manage to cash out.A man will keep his word.

what country that can support 100 mil usd withdrawal?

I'm actually have thinking about open an US bank account, but I'm not sure whether I can withdrawal that much of fund from exchanges to my bank account or not.

I actually don't mind paying tax fees to US or Malaysia gov whatever,I just want to have a cash out plan.

You can switch to cash in small amounts. Or you can go to live in the United States and withdraw money in that country. I think that would be the best plan. Because it can both help you get a better living environment and get more money in a short period of time.

I don't think it's a problem at all, friend. You can go to the countries where you can cash them. With such a Bank you can live in peace. But as if to withdraw completely then I do not know ))

Having too many btc is never a problem that too with so much money involved as you can easily transfer to other people in other countries if you have friends and family staying in other country or can travel and spend some money in btc and get cash and do some shopping etc and keep holding some btc for future.

Wow! I think Dash would be a good investment for OP as he has a lot of Bitcoin holdings. Free money from Dash's proof of stake would be a good way to earn huge passive income monthly. 8,000 BTC is not a joke if it's true I think you need to keep those coins safely because that means a lot of money and  you can now retire from your job if you have and live like a boss with your love ones.

I doubt this is true and most likely a scam asking for BTC first. If it is true I recommend arab countries as they charge no tax on crypto earnings.

What's the point in lying to him?) I wonder if he was able to cash this money or not)
