I sent them ETH from my freewallet and emailed them the transaction hash, amount They do not seem to bother to create support ticket or respond to email. Huqo.io messed up ICO by asking all people to send ETH in same ETH address. Which has caused significant delay in processing ETH payment. Other companies are creating new ETH address for each customer and balance is getting reflected immediately.
