I know of one ongoing ICO which offers dividends to its investors and I happen to be wearing their banner. It is called Envion and they plan to set up mobile mining units in places with surplus electricity. Apparently you will receive up to 161% ROI in a year. They seem pretty legit to me, but I would recommend you check out their whitepaper and ask them any queries you have before investing in them.

This is becomeing more of a trend. Exchanges like binance and kucoin also generate passive income i believe. How ever im not quite sure if you need to hold the coin of the exchange itself or just have a certain value in you're assets on the exchange. Also i thank the guy above for posting the link with ICO release dates

Try AdBank ICO, this ICO will become the champion of the ICO in Q1 this year
Clear team and developers, they even have been already make an interview with one of the crypto youtubers.

This ICO end Jan 21st, so don't missed it, you still have a chance become a part of it and make a passive income

In order to receive tangible passive income from such projects usually you must keep a big amount of project's tokens. But it seems to me that such a risk is not justified. You can receive much better income if you are engaged in daily trading ;)

I have heard that ICO FLUZ is offering its participators the passive income when they are shopping. If I know it is not started yet so you have time to get one more opportunity for passive income.

Since most of the market is in red today and Ethereum remains strong I think it is a good time to buy some more coins from ETH.
My pick at this moment is @Viberate - VIB. Nice updates coming from development team in Q1 of 2018. Check out their roadmap.

If you dont want to spend your ETH  then you can still earn some trough rewarding system.

all developer has with the customs as mentioned of above,
that they gives of extra bonus with the purchase on collecting coins from them,

Buy any ICO project that you believe will have value in the future and your stakes in it will increased which can give you the passive income. ICOs providing dividends are hard to come by of late, but a little research can lead you to one.

Doesn't any coin that is doing well make money? Unless you are wanting to get money through stakes or fiat rewards.

Neon exchange should become the best ico that will generate you the passive income through claim the fees. This will be the same as neo in my understanding. But the neonexchange project is focusing to develop future exchange platform. It looks good in my opinion but you can try to visit the main site to get further information about that.

Zumminer? no one knows what this company is, and i do not want to risk my money, so for me, it is a bad ide to put your funds on it..

Just try to invest in envio, they are giving you an aproximate of 1,25% a WEEK paid on your ethereum wallet.

So for me, this is a good way to have a passive income while your token is going up, but yes, the ICO is ending in a few hours from now.

Sure, throughout the cryptocurrency space there are plenty of opportunities that can earn longterm, passive income. An example would be Rentberry – Long-term apartment rentals, which is a tech startup in the rental property space that uses blockchain technology and high transparency between landlords and tenants in order to create a new type of ecosystem for renting in the US.

Specific to your question, token holders will soon be able to earn a passive income of roughly 7% by crowdfunding the security deposits of renters. Afaik this is the only instance of this model being used - I’ve never heard of another way to crowdsource security deposits, let alone in a way that incentivises all 3 parties (renter, landlords, token holders) at the same time.

If you’re making roughly $15k per month and over the course of a year you were collecting 7% from crowdfunding tenants’ security deposits.. I’d imagine that would end up being enough of a monthly income alone after 1 year of earning from the interest on crowdfunding loans.
If you’re interested in discussing further details of the Rentberry project with the team or any of the supporters who are in similar situations to yourself then there’s a strong community at Rentberry ICO

I really have not heard of this. But maybe I will watch and will follow the way you guide. Hopefully they will generate passive income for us in the future. Probably the best source of income that many people do not know yet.

There are a lot of tokens or coin out there that gives passive income. Search for POS tokens like: Dash, ACC, NEO, PIVX, OkCash, Nav Coin, Stratis and a lot more. They give passive income depending on the amount of coin or token you are holding. You just need to make a research about how it works.

GlobalREIT is the ico with passive income, they invest in commercial real estate in top commercial zones with high rental yield and pay this rent to the token holders resulting in a constant income stream if you have invested decent amount of money.

Similar ICO projects and projects are conducted very often today, most often such projects are scam, but there are such projects as mining of a farm that promise very good income, but in the end, after a while, you can pick up your dividends of such projects, .
