The people behind Mercatox seem incompetent or outright shady. Anyone use them? Not sure I want to risk sending much BTC there. Bitgrail? This situation is getting pretty frustrating. Try some of the exchanges listed on this page. The biggest exchanges are at the top of the page and the smallest ones are at the bottom. All those exchanges sell doge coin, and most will sell a range of other altcoins. Make sure you do your homework before depositing anything to them. Exchanges developers have to do this to ensure the capability to handle the demand for good service and maintain their network, including answering tickets. Fortunately, I have registered on binance, but I'm not so active not using it for trading. But, it's a good thing to have more than 1 option to trade cryptocurrencies. The exchanges simply have no ability to absorb all new customers unfortunately.
