Title: BTC-E Wire deposits
Post by: jand1980 on August 08, 2013, 08:13:59 PM
Hey guys just after some advise/help as BTC-E won't respond to my support request.

I use to use liqpay to fund my account but there account is now stopped so I now need to do wire transfers but i am not 100% clear how to do that and I can't get support to respond and I don't want my money going missing in their system.

I know all of their bank details and they provide the FFC detail which you add in the comments of transfer but what is the reference number I am suppose to use for the transfer as my bank are asking and i do not know what to use.

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this for me.

Thank you in advance

You contacted them through their support site? Its like a totally separate forum site.

PMing support or admin on BTC-e does not work now days as it once did in the past.

Yeah I have submitted support requests but i never get a reply or update from them, its very hard to trust/use them when is no support and if my money goes missing i doubt i would be able to get it back as transfer are non refundable as far as i am aware

hey i have never deposited into btc-e via wire transfer but i use okpay and their bank accounts are the same. the only difference is for okpay the "details" is a reference number while for btc-e it's the FFC and stuff. maybe you just have to put the FFC and acc ID part in the reference for your bank?

well they finally replied with on word "Exchange" i guess they mean that is the reference and the rest of the details are handled by the FFC info, does anyone else use this reference when doing a wire transfer to BTC-E?
