You can find supplier/miner who will sell you some amount on daily basis but price will go from +1% up to 15% , it all depends what part in the world are you buying and what is payment method. Oh believe me there are everyday trades with 100-500btc even with 1000btc and people are paying 3% some are paying 7% above market price. To reach that amount you must have good reputation and acquaintances in trading world. No one will trade such a amount with unknown person who claims to be buyer. Is hard way to the 1000btc trade. I'm telling you this from my experience, you will hardly find people who wants to meet up with you and where are you now from that 1000btc per day.
