Title: You are unable to post. How to enable posting.
Post by: Wolfman15 on January 07, 2018, 08:56:41 PM
Hello.
Such a question. I created an account on the tablet and on the computer. Everything worked well. But yesterday I decided to create another account on the phone and after registration in 10 seconds there was such a message ...
What happened? After all, I created 2 accounts without problems and use them, but on the phone I can not? Strange ban, although did not go to the phone on the forums

Bitcoin Forum > Remove Proxyban

Your IP address has previously been used for evil on this forum, or it is a known proxy/VPN/Tor exit node, so you are required to pay a small fee before you are able to post messages or send PMs. You can still use all of the read-only features without paying.

Your account contains 5.91 units of evil. To atone, you must pay a total of 0.00001665 bitcoins (0.01665 mBTC; 1665 satoshi). Pay to the address 1FPt2NNN1pXCDqqNwni42qLM5vndBuN2DH. Once you have paid the full amount, wait a few seconds and then reload this page. If the fee is so small that your wallet is unable to send it, you can send any larger amount, though you will not be refunded the difference.

Alternatively, any forum staff member and some other notable members can manually whitelist you. Paying the fee is probably easier/quicker, though.

If you don't have any bitcoins, you can get small amounts of free bitcoins using the sites listed here. It is recommended that you give the free bitcoin sites the address listed above. Do not collect money in your own wallet and then send the bitcoins to the forum -- this will likely result in significant network fees.

If you find any bugs in this system, email pbbugs-...@.... For example, send email here if your payment is not registered an hour after sending it. You will be permanently banned if you send email here requesting free whitelisting.

What is the account in question and have you tried doing what you've been told? If it's VPN or Tor exit node, you may want to change that. Also, is any of your two accounts banned?

It can be explained if you were using public wi-fi. So it was the router's IP that was proxy banned, not yours. You should probably try to create another account via your phone when at home, this worked for me 8)

I like the idea of using a dedicated address. This means that if I sell something to someone who doesn't have a Bitcoin address, he can still pay me by giving his dedicated address to an exchange, and then paying them in fiat.

Umm.. i am still bit confuse. How they count our evil point.
I already experienced it, register my account using Mobile Networks, and banned because my ip detected as evil in this forum?
Is Mobile Network IP have more bad tracks rather using ISP IP?.

Try turning off your VPN, proxy or tor-exit node. If you are not comfortable taking these off, then you can simply switch it to a new IP and attempt your registration again. Certain IPs have been abused for various reasons and you get the message you are experiencing. This fee will now be associated with the account and will not go away if you log-in on a new IP. You must re-make your account that is receiving this message or simply pay the 1665 Satoshi.

I had this problem the first time I created an account with my vpn service. It was a small fee like 300 satoshis and so I tried to pay it by playing on a faucet. Problem was that the minimum withdrawal was far too high and the fees would have drained the wallet if I sent them to my own wallet first.
Long story short, I just created this new account instead with a different ip.

Proxy Ban offers mostly when you try to create an account with the same IP address. But sometimes it can also be happen accidentally because one of my friend have faced a proxy ban but he don't even know about Bitcoin. To overcome this you can just pay some satoshi is to that address provided there or just make a new account using a new IP address (VPN or tor)

There is a limited amount of accounts only you can able to make with the single IP address dude. For example, if you and other your family mates with the single internet service provider IP.
Then you will not be able to create the more accounts with the same. You will get the notification like your account has the proxy ban.
To resolve the issue, you need to send some funds to donate you can see on that page itself. Then you can use your account mate.

Even if you pay more than that, you will get a rebate when registering as a copper member

this gives me an idea, if noone has done it before, to open a proxyban uplift payment service :D
if a user is reluctant or unable to make tiny bitcoin payment, they can use/pay this service by using other crypto
since they can't post, do they also unable to send private message?
if so, then the problem is on communication and building trust but who would scam for 500~2000 satoshi ;D

Umm.. i am still bit confuse. How they count our evil point.
some things are best left untold to avoid manipulation
if theymos discloses his exact method, people will definitely try to circumvent it

Do you meant to say that an account which is banned from posting vecause of evil IP, will work normal on another clean IP ? I do not think this is possible, once it is disabled, it will work only after paying the required fees, otherwise what is the point in disabling the posting. I hope someone from staff can clarify this.

Where were you when you created the account via your phone.

If you were using a public WIFI, like at a coffee shop, you may be paying off someone else's "evil"

Also I had no idea this type of message existed I find it comical and hilarious.

He meant to re-register again after switching/getting new IP address on your pc
as in registering another new account with new email and new username
do not throw away that proxy-banned account, save the login/pass info
you can always pay the 'ransom' fee batched with your next bitcoin transaction to save fees ;)

I also faced the same problem,I have sent Bitcoin from bitfinex exchange. There is an option to send very low amount like .0004btc to any address once in month. So you can send from there to the given address.
After sending ,your account has been activated after 1 or 2 minutes automatically. And you will able to post.

You need to pay some small amount of satoshi to enable that, and you will be able to make a posts freely. It is not really a problem.

Actually a lot of people are experiencing this especially the ones who has an Internet Service Providers with a dynamic IP. Having a Dynamic IP Means that you will have the same ip address to another user/s. And if that user already have used that ip address to register and that ip address has been linked to malicious activities then you will basically face this problem. Although I know that this units of evil decays over time but I don't know how long it will take until it reach 0.

After you see this error, you will have to pay some BTC to enable posting. Then use that account on a clean IP.

I also experienced the same thing that you need to pay for satoshi to enable the account .. I am wondering why there is VPN and how much my IP address is bad? But I use only data we do not use wifi or VPN but what's the point? I can not do anything but pay for satoshi .. i experienced 2x. I did not think I needed to just create an account with another browser later that I knew.

Hello, everyone. Thought it was only my problem, before I found this thread  :) Read all you guys wrote here about public wifi etc and about paying a little amount of btc. The thing is, if a registration on this forum was chargable (I mean - not free) there would not be a problem at all. I`ll gladly pay some small amount, because everyone pays. But in this case, we see, that people got charged almost randomly. I can say for myself, didn`t even hear about bitcointalk till yesterday. Don`t use TOR or any stuff like that either. But when I tried to register account I still was charged and got some "evil points". So here I am now, sitting at my friend`s place to chat with people on FREE to register forum. Makes no sence for me.
On the other hand, I understand security and all that, just don`t understand why my non-dynamic, not used in TOR ip got into some blacklist. Sorry for being negative, I got that admins just trying to do their best to make this place safe. May be, I`m just got unlucky.
P.S.As I see It, warning about this situation BEFORE registration won`t be excessive.

For my country , Myanmar have IP problem. We don't have public IP for each one. So, everyone come here should face with evil IP issues :( . I paid double satoshi here .Bcoz small amount can not transfer. I don't know when Government regulations will change.
