With the Bitcoin being 8 times superior to the Bitcoin cash, what's the future of BCC ? It was supposed to be the new bitcoin, and now it's just one of those bitcoin forks.

Will this disappear and be forgotten ?

Funny how the developers of BCC claimed before that they will replace bitcoin turnout its just another coin in the market. Well, BCC depends on its investors, as long as money is still coming in to them they will survive.

BCC should also depend on the developers, what's next on the roadmap ? All projects have a lot of events coming on their roadmap, so at this point, any other alt coin is better than BCC who doesn't seem to have a plan

I do not know why it happened, but I think all the fractional altcoins do not have plans, like BCH, BTG, ETH Classic, ETHX, and others, and I think, is it possible that such altcoins will disappear from the market?

That's true.... It's like if they were just created to make easy profit ...But that would be crazy right, who would do that

BitcoinCash is selfish coin and lot of fake pump and dump and no social acceptance for bitcoin cash .

Since bitcoins cash and other hard forks Ultimately aim to replace bitcoins instead of creating an alternative , and due to frequent debate in the team members regarding bitcoin core , segwit , Bitcoin cash I do think that the future of whole crypto world is at stake , since it could hamper the most dominant cryptocurrency in this world.

I do think that it should stop trying to replace bitcoins.

Ask your self only what life expectancy does most alt coins have ones lightning is implemented in a few month from now on Bitcoin code?

Centralized, not used with no network effect thus valueless only used by the investors... Not likely to see them having a bright future, but I could be wrong just do not bet an it, maybe some mass adoption could change this for them and become the next ripple yeah why not, people are stupid so take advantage of it..

The point Bcash makes looks correct for today, but they seem to forget to look forward in development, Bitcoin is a Nokia 3310 today and will be the next gen smartphone of tomorrow just see this and you know were to spend ur time and money on, not in alt easy copy pumpcoin.

 

If the initial bitcoin is not improved for some time and does not eliminate its shortcomings, it is quite possible that bitcoin cash will become a good competitor for the place of the leader of crypto currency because it differs from the original bitcoin precisely by the absence of the current shortcomings of the initial bitcoin due to its slowness and high transaction costs . The developers of the original bitcoin seemingly deliberately ignore the introduction of SegWit and the lightning network in order to eliminate the shortcomings of bitcoin. Of course, the price of bitcoin cash is now too low to be a real contender for leadership, but it can still change.

Who told you that BCH is the new BTC? Only fool will believe that, There is a cult of BCH specially the people who are backing it to make it the new Bitcoin but they failed on doing it, even if they tried to pump it hard. "being 8 times superior to the Bitcoin cash" How could you say this? Any Proof?.
BCH will be forgotten, but as some of the exchanges who have a large trading volume (SK), probably it will take time before it disappear. BCH is one of the most memorable forks of BCH, however it will stay relevant, if you will not stop creating same thread asking about BCH. Move Forward with Bitcoin.

Bch will never be the new Bitcoin but it can be a good competitor. It all depends on the developer. For me, no one can surpass bitcoin since it is the first cryptocurrency. For me, it can be only be one of bitcoin hard fork and don't forget BCH has lots of fake pump lol

I think it may have a future if factors would converge to be in its favor. I say that seeing how it gained in price point and is now the second best coin in the market with the highest value at around 2.3k. That gain, since it's birth from the fork, is very promising. I think many of those who have gained Bitcoin Cash has really used the chance and opportunity to boost the coin having to consider that they get it for free. Also, I think that's the purpose of the developers, like the above-stated reply said, to at least combat or neutralize the continued rise of bitcoin.

Well the value of BCC is quite superior to all other altcoins which means that there is some support for that, people are using it and think that it will have a future and won't just fade away, even though bitcoin still remains the king of crypto. BCC has not yet came any close to competing with bitcoin, but it may remain a strong alt for quick transactions and lower fees(if that it was created for).

It all depends on the promoters and investors of BCC and their future plan with BCC. I think people are still interested in it and as long as people are interested and putting their money here till then it is not easy to disappear from the market. Bcc evolved from the Hardfork but exiting from the market all depends on the People who are investing here on regular basis.

I think that BCH will still stay in future simply because EGO in people and their will to win and show others that they are right "being true bitcoin" it has good supporters such as Roger Ver himself with other influential people around it. As long as those people are on top there you shouldn't worry about BCH, simply because if you have influence you can make some place for your coin, take a look how fast they went on coinbase but it took ages for litecoin...

In my opinion their community will support it and have large amount of people.

it all depends on how many investors are interested in the BCC if at least a hundred people will be forgotten unless they raise the price so that investors are interested again if only a few investors are interested in BCC then it can be forgotten and lost for the duration

I thought this debate is over, Bitcoin Cash will never be the new Bitcoin because of its centralized mining, there are mining pool that have almost 20% of hash power and it only needs three pools to make a 51% attack on Bitcoin Cash, do you think that is secured? and also think of this, if BCH is really a decentralized cryptocurrency why do they have a CEO? lol. There is no doubt that BCH is faster than Bitcoin but I would not sacrifice the security of my coin to it. Bitcoin is more secured and it will have its own solution (without making a split) and I will wait for it to get implemented rather than switching to a fork coin. It will be a good competitor tho. Btw BCC is not Bitcoin Cash, that symbol already belongs to other coin called Bitconnect.

ye, the idea of a CEO behind this crypto make me laugh every time i read that BCC will be the new king!
This is just wrong, because the idea of BTC it's the opposite, decentralized and can't be controlled by anyone, plus the recent pump just show they are trying to make profit out of it before people stop supporting it and it will get lost into the altcoins sea..
I don't think BCC will have a long future but who knows?

I have a feeling that yes , bitcoin gonna die at some point and it will be either bitcoin cash or bitcoin gold that will replace it.

This is what we called a short term investment if it is proven that Bitcoin Cash will be dumped. It can be an Ironic reversal that bitcoin's price is rolling back and every people who panic sell their bitcoin just in case but for the meantime bitcoin now is pushing again. However still affected by forks . included with this Bitcoin cash.

Likely no future.   Which is why I have sold all but 5-6 coins.   

I think bitcoin cash can not surpass the bitcoin in its value now a days. Bitcoin is the head of the crypto currencies it has a unique flatform that everyone wants to earned with that and bitcoin cash is a form of alternate coin to which they are managed by the investors to be paid in many earners of bitcoin cash.

No ones the future of Bitcoin cash, it has Jihan Wu and Roger Ver on it's back which it makes it alive and keep on running in the entire economy of crypto's.

Saying that it has a future against bitcoin, I know it's quite a painful thing that many are just treating bitcoin cash a fork coin, as an altcoin and I'm one of it.

Majority didn't like the marketing of it where they are calling it to be the real bitcoin while bitcoin which is 9 years old already has been called as a core.

As long as there are people who got billions of bucks invested there it will remain.

With Bitcoin not being the most popular crypto in China, BCH can take its wide market and compete with Bitcoin and other top crypto.

I would say any fork coins has no future as bright as the real bitcoin itself, the concept all of them are just a duplicate . The original are the first one with a lot support in it. Fork coins indeed clearly intended as a short term investment , it has no real vision.

The only reasonable answer to curiosities and questions raised by this competition between BCH and BTC caused by the loyalties of both parties that only time will tell which one is superior to which and personally, I don't see BCH winning this battle against bitcoin because the popularity that BCH is enjoying that makes it seems popular is as a result of the milestones that bitcoin has been able to achieve in the face of several difficulties.

I dont think it will disappear. It has true implications for its use.

I think the Coinbase fiasco definitely hurt peoples trust in BCC. That was a pivotal event.

If Bitcoin Cash keep its promise to onchain scaling then it definitively become very nice experiment of the scalling issue. The 2x yearly sheduled hardforks give BCH huge advantage over BTC, block difficulty adjustment is already improved via hardfork in Bitcoin Cash and is superior to Bitcoin, thats why the Bitcoiners hate over Bitcoin Cash. But I support both Bitcoins because both can coexist in different niche.

Its all about the market how its recognized and invested on. As of now BCC has a good value to it, highter than the other altcoins created around the same time BCC was created. As its in the hand of BTC family, its beginning value was so high  and still it keeps its value growing. There is a very less chance of even loosing its current value.

I am the most upbeat but bitcoin, I think there is no coin that exceeds the benefits of bitcoin that has been the parent for altcoin, and BCC only follows bitcoin.

There will be no future for a shitcoin like BCash,roger ver wont succeed in manipulating the whole market.

Regardless, BTC needs to fix its transaction cost issues. Once this is done, get ready for another blow off top.

This is very unlikely, if it happens then it will happen with eth however the future will be a lot of altcoins with more advanced technology being born.

I think Bitcoin Cash has no future because of stupid team behind it.
They just wanted to create a coin that can replace Bitcoin and their real intention was to dominate the whole cryptocurrency world.
Their intention wasn't to fix Bitcoin problems and make it better, that is why I don't trust them.
Sooner we will forget about BCH (not BCC by the way).

I think time will come that bitcoin cash will hit the market maybe for now it's stagnant and not appreciated like what bitcoin used to be in the past but I'm sure bitcoin cash will make a noise and become high valued in future time. We are now starting to shift in digital economy and since bitcoin supply is limited we need to divert to other promising coins in line with bitcoin and thos bitcoin cash is one of those

I don't really think it has any chance. Of course Bitcoin as it is now it doesn't really function, but Bitcoin Cash is no good alternative. There are much better ones, like BTX for example, who made a soft fork instead of a hard one.

Bitcoin cash has made some mistakes while making profit and giving people the opportunity to make short term profits can`t bring a long term success as it loses reliability.

I dont think so but for now we can see the value of btc is too high, the huge of investors is too high, the popularity is too high how can you caompare to other altcoin as of now. May be in the future bcc but it will depends the plan on the developers and the bcc team.

I think yes, bcc will be the new bitcoin later on. of the price is still far behind the price of bitcoin, but some time ago its price continues to increase to reach $ 300 more. but probably still very long because there are still BCH and ETH whose price also keeps rising. buying it now, and keep hold it.

No, i don't think that bitcoin cash has a future against bitcoin, It's just an alternate crypto, not the original one. Also people nowadays, believe mostly in bitcoin, so even the price of bch will increase in the future, people will know that the original bitcoin is more stable and more profitable even with the problems for delaying transactions and miner fees.

There might be a possibility that bitcoin cash would become a reality but most likely the bitcoin cryptocurrency will still be of greater market price value than bitcoin cash. It takes many years for the bitcoin cryptocurrency to soar its price value as of today comparing when it had just started to materialize. Bitcoin digital currency has already established and dominated among the other digital currencies.

I think bch still not yet able to compete with btc, even with the features that said better than btc but the support for this coin is not as many as btc users, and still there are no big companies that supports this coin, so bch still just another alt coin with no site or company that support it

BCH is no different if it becomes more popular. Blockchains no matter the block size cannot scale and provide tps as they get more utilised. Event Roger Ver admitted on the CNBC interview his answer to the 'how will bch handle scalability issues' was 'We will use the Lightning Network'

Since BCH exists, BCH has value and BCH solves the problem of block congestion, so there is a chance to replace bitcoin in the future.

Cryptocurrency itself has the branding of Bitcoin. Most people don't even know the word cryptocurrency but they know or have heard the word bitcoin. I believe it has the ability to replace Bitcoin from its throne but mass adoption will take place on bitcoin first. I think of it now as one of the alts I would invest in because the value could grow exponentially as well but has higher risk of pump and dump.

The one that they are holding is that they are big blockers. LOL. I don't know but it looks like they are stable at around $2K and they are on a downward trend basing on coinmarketcap. Well they have this significant rally in the past, however, just like we have seen in this coin as pump and dump, it didn't sustained itself and those people behind this project are the one who really profited from its meteoric rise sometime around November or December last year. Now its just another altcoin, which it should be.


And then what? After the blocks has been exhausted and the hashing power becomes more difficult, those miners who is supporting it will shift back to bitcoin and the cycles continues. This what will happen in the future and it can't replace bitcoin. If there will be some coins in the future that will replace bitcoin, it will not be Bitcoin Cash.

Yes bitcoin cash will be forgotten very soon because bitcoin is a very valuable asset and bitcoin cash has a very low value as compared to bitcoin. So, people are loving to invest in bitcoin and earn huge profit in short time.

It has a future but it will not surpass the bitcoin. Bitcoin is still in-demand even though it has a low growth for several weeks. Unlike bitcoin cash that is only an investment but hated by some.

I think that Bitcoin Cash will not replace BTC. Yeah, bitcoin cash has better technology than BTC. However, I don't see real advantages for BTC replacement

Bitcoin is the first ever discovered crypto currency...It is the king in the crypto world...No coin has the quality to reach the level of bitcoin...so I think there is no future of bitcoin cash against bitcoin..

I think within Bitcoin & Bitcoin cash there are many different.BTC is so much potential there are no doubt here.
But i do not think it will cross Bitcoin in the future.

I have Bitcoin-qt Core on one machine. I have Bitcoin Unlimited (BCC) on an almost identical machine. Both machines run nodes. BCC updates a hundred times faster than BTC. While part of it has to do with the slightly simpler BCC wallet programming, most of it has to do with the size of the two blockchains. The BCC blockchain is much smaller than the BTC blockchain. BCC updating is faster. Correct me if I am wrong.

Already it has started to replace BTC. I have an account with a-ads, and they have started marking payments using Bitcoin Cash instead of Bitcoin. And I am sure that many more sites are going to follow this example. Bitcoin's days are numbered, if the core continues to ignore the scaling issue.

Please take attention and comment on my post regarding this topic. BCH is a fraction/fork of BTC, so can you tell me is there anything BTC cannot do what BCH can do if BTC do the same changes that BCH did at the fork stage? In other words, BTC would do the same thing what BCH did and they would be the same condition. So in this manner, In my opinion BCH is not superior to BTC.
BCH has to offer a lot more what BTC can do at the future. But future of BTC is not so much predictable. LN is on the way for BTC, what is the arguement of BCH on this subject.
In my opinion there is no any reason to think BCH has a future against BTC.
