I'm sorry, but you are the confused one,"gldcoin" is just the search friendly name for GoldCoin

GLD is the ticker, and was used as a prefix earlier because of the difficulty of finding "GoldCoin" in a search.

Take a look at the cryptsy market title and the client/website.

Yep, I would add it too, but I decided to choose the coins I can mine directly, no merged mining as well.

Namecoin has potential in proportion to the demise of capitalsm otherwise my top 10 is whichever coins are most stable.  I will add spotcoin in there for effort though the results remain to be seen

For now, I only believe long term on Bitcoin and Litecoin. The other I kind of like are:

1-Worldcoin
2-Diamond coin (I don't really know why)
3-Dogecoin (because it made me a lot of BTC/LTC)
4-Mooncoin (because I got 9 LTC from it in one day and a half)

I reckon there will be a altcoin war later this year, especially when the asic miners for script come in bigtime.

lots will die.

MEC has the gravity well algorithm to protect it from attacks from massive pools and difficulty will subside to normal in a short period of time when massive pools leave... Anon has it too...

Others will die when difficulty spikes and stays high when the pools leave with their stash... who will want to mine a shitcoin with massive difficulty?

I have quark, and a few others as well, Mec I feel is my best long term investment.
