Hi, guys! I want to share some problem, maybe anyone could help me. My wife had registered her account at Zb.com exchange a week ago. I wanted to help her with start and send some litecoins (equiv.100$) to the LTC account at this exchange. Money appeared at account very quickly, just in a few minutes. Yesterday, it was a day off and she wanted to start trading... but she couldn't get into her account. Nothing worked, believe me. System told, that "was not such an e-mail registered". She couldn't get into - not by e-mail, not by login, not by phone number. System told, that "there was not such a phone number registered". Unfortunately, she deleted the letter from Zb.com about registration, but there was an approvement of her number in the phone message. I had a suspicion, that it was a kind of fishing, because of this subdomain vip.zb.com  I tried to register again with the same data of my wife and... I did it, though I know perfectly, that system, should say "Such an e-mail already exists in the website". Plesase, help me to understand situation better. Thank you.

I really don't know about Zb.com or vip.zb.com but if she really deleted her registration confirmation email it probably might be in trash/deleted mails folder.
You can probably recover your email and compare the url to check for scamming website.

The matter is - she deletes all the mails even in trash, by my request. But she saved the phone number verification.
