Surely, most of our traders from Russia, so our chat contains mostly messages in Russian, but you could write to chat in English. We doesn’t plan any activities in social networks, because we use email for support. Also, we do support in this thread. Owners information is closed (as at many other stock exchanges)

- it's impossible to search for a coin, except for just scrolling. It's not ordered alphabetically either, so looks very stupid.
- I would, like binance, make different tabs for the coins in ETH, LTC, BTC, RUR. And not put them straight under each other.
- the roadmap is only in Russian. I would delete the menu item, anyway in the English site.

I think it looks better after these 4 adjustments.  8)

With these rules you have created your exchange much convenient for the traders, Not only for the new comers but even the bigger traders will like these type of rules for their trades but only issue is that everyone want to see the trade volume increase first. I think you have to advertise your exchange more wider in order to increase the traders after it become a bigger exchange the whales will also like to start trade.

The volume of trades is public information. It is represented in each pair of 24 hour volume. The total trading volume on the exchange for all pairs is about 30 BTC. For the 3rd month of the exchange, this is not a bad result

Thanks for the information. It is better that you provide a way to show the total trade volume of all of the trades on your exchange. It is a positive point for your exchange. Try to focus on the design work of your chat box to make it look better. You also have much lesser coins on your exchange. If you will not have more coins then people will not take interest in your exchange. If you will add more and more then people will be attracted for your exchange as people like a single place for all of their trades.

We will show the total trading volume. The task is posted on the Road Map. About the design - we have already updated it and will continue to improve, but now this is not the highest priority. We gradually add new coins when they ask us about listing or our traders ask to add a coin.
