I do have some XRP and TRX and I'm a little bit scared because lately its going down. Any reason why its happening? Do you have any other suggestions on where should i invest my money into? What particular altcoin would that be.. Thanks in advance!

Correction - they got overhyped.

Buying any coin is a gamble. There is no guarantee it will keep going up in value forever. They all rise and fall in price and nobody knows which way they will go in the future.

I see that XRP is better than TRX, so I think you should keep it in XRP, because XRP has good development in the future. and you go from TRX to another altcoin. probably a pretty good ignis.

I think, you should keep both and wait. It's a temporary decline, which is more the result of random events than a trend

event has ended, you have to wait for the next event to make sure that both of these coins will rise again
like a basketball, the price will bounce to seek mutual benefit

There so much news about TRX, but since I bought it, the price keep going down. And for all this time, XRP is on stable although the price is going down but XRP will not lose relience. I suggest you to move your coin to XRP.

I have both that coins in my potfolio i think much better XRP than TRX, i'm not affected on price down of XRP i just hold this because there's posibility this coin will rise up again. Maybe that coin was down because of bitcoin price down too, hopefully by next month it will rise up again. Choosing coin in altcoins is like a gambled because you don't what happen next for this if you got invested, so goodluck to you and also me if you just hold on much better if you need to divert another coin that's you're choice.

Tron and Ripple are just one of the some coins that proves typing investors can be manipulated by media and will always be. If you're going to realize that the effectiveness of the project is better than popularity so that's why I stick with some underdogs and wait for it to explode and then Good profits will follow.

And I think these two coins Tron and Ripple are both for long-term investments because they have a very high market value capital and they're not decreasing but in stable mode. Probably they will pump and sell double your money after a year or two.

Cryptos are very volatile. So they will go up, and they will go down. Nothing to be affraid if you do control your risk and have proper diversification in place. If you have your portfolio concentrated, volatility would be much higher.

Apparently, you bought into these coins due to FOMO based on their recent rise and popularity. My suggestion would be for you to do your own proper research on a project and invest in a particular altcoin based on your own convictions. Also learn to hodl and buy the dip!

For the ripple does not worry, he lived and will continue to please us, now it is true for many alts you can see the correction, but the main thing is not to rush. The trone as for me is another shitcoin swelled with rumors and incomprehensible information.

There is a lot of bad rumors about TRON now and I think all this project is scam. Plus global correction whole market.

Do you really think that keeping both these cryptocurrencies is a good idea? Perhaps it's better to keep only one of them and transfer money from another to some more stable cryptocurrencies?

I don't know about the TRX, but Ripple has a predictable correction. Many investors who bought Ripple when it was worth around 20-50 cents,
are now starting to fix profits and sell Ripple, which leads to a drop in prices.
There are persistent rumours that Ripple may appear in the Coinbase listing before the end of January.
In this regard, I think it is worth keeping this coin and not selling it. If it turns out to be true, the price of the Ripple will fly to the moon.

XRP is the second largest crypto based on market cap. You can call it bitcoin's competitor. The reason it is falling because the whole market is seeing a dip in prices right now. Bitcoin increased to $16000 last week but now it is down again. And since the whole market is down, XRP and TRX are experiencing a dip as well. But it will go up in the future. Keep XRP, but change TRX to Ethereum. It is a better alternative. TRX is still struggling and there's no guarantee it will attain a sizable market cap.

If you're looking at coinmarketcap, the sharp dip in XRP price yesterday was because they removed South Korean exchanges from the price calculation. This is because South Koreans were paying a huge premium for XRP because there is so much demand for it over there. The effect if you're not South Korean was that the XRP price quoted on coinmarketcap was far more than you could actually get on an exchange.
There has been a slight price dip since then, but much of the dip is actually an illusion. Don't panic.

No token can keep going up, depending on how much you buy it, and if the price falls, it's a good idea to sell it now.

Overhyped to catch out the people looking for a quick profit, with the volume of XRP around the price cant go much beyond what it is now.

if i have a chance to choose one of it, absoluely i choose TRX instead of XRP, Justin is pretty hardworking in order to develop the project. Pls be patient, as you know preivous years everybody called ethereum as a SCAM as well.

When investing, patience really is the key.
The reason why so many people say: "don't invest more than you can afford to lose", is not because they have a feeling that losing it all is actually an option. They say it because of the volatility in the market. One day you will lose 10% and the next day gain 20%. You get crazy if you look at the red numbers on the exchange. You also get crazy if you look at the green numbers.  ;)
 I myself am pretty heavy invested in both XRB and TRX, and my investment is currently down by around 5-10%. However, they will bounce back and reach new ATH soon enough.
Do yourself a favor. Instead of looking at the 24 hour movement, look at the weekly or monthly. They will tell you another story.

TRX turning round. Many FUD against it. I bought small amount trx 10 cent. TRX risky so not heavy.

XRP is all over now as coinbase deny their request to be add on the list of coin while TRX is just sleeping as the dev is really working hard to make it grow and be listed on top, we just need to wait for trx to be up on the market again once the deal with japan base exchange open up!

Korean exchanges were taken off coinmarketcap.com which lead to some selling in XRP.

I wouldn't panic, it is just part of the cycles that occur in crypto's. I am not a fan of ripple as it is not truly decentralized and and the bulk of the coins are still owned by the developers, l think nearly 70%. That puts way to much control in there hands. Tron l do own and bought more today. The longer you are involved in the crypto coins the more you realise it's two steps forward and one back. Look at the long term and only invest what you can afford to loose and you will be able to sleep better at night!!

It turns into the original forms, which is XRP $1 and TRX 100 sats.

Buy potential coin like HTML, COLX, ESP to cover your loss :)

TRX has such a huge supply and you will see that it has already appreciate by 1500% in less than 2 months. Whatever it is that is going on with the dev and the community of TRX, the price action and behaviour is suggesting correction and lets hope market will not over react to these price corrections!

xrp is not the second largest crypto and not a bitcoin competitor. it has been hyped as the crypto "used by banks", but this is complete bs.

I have done lots of research on TRX as TRON sister company got recognised by chinese government there was lots of good news were spreading around coin . Now whales are dumping coin for staking more coins .  Hope in near future it will gain good value . I am least bother about XRP even i dont support i was knowing it will get dump for sure

I don't see any concerns about XPR. Tokens are growing and will growing. I advise you to HODL in any case!

Price correction for these coins.

I think the coin is falling due to overhyped, but do not worry, I am sure in a few months the price of XRP and TRX coins will rise again, because the coin is a top market coin and is already very famous

Cryptocurrency fluctuations are normal. Crypto is a new thing that hasn't become stable yet. Any rumor can drop prices. That's why there are a lot speculations on the market. But it doesn't mean that it's for a long time. Usually it's temporary.

TRX was definitely overhyped...

It will be pumping back asap, don't worry it's just the matter of time but i'm feeling doubt about tron project caused by so many people are accused tron project caused by the developer lies and plagiarism of whitepaper. It's turned into serious accusation and then i just leave from there.

I would not be worry about the latest down fall. I think it is just the market and its nature. Ups and downs are very common and I don't think they are dumped, just a little price correction.

I think the development of XRP so far very well. You can not and should not expect that it always goes up.
There are corrections. If you look closely, you can see that XRP is a very stable coin. I bought some coins yesterday.
I think in the next few days or weeks it will go up.
