I have been mining for some time now and trying to swing trade to build up a stable portfolio for this year.

I did some research and decided to diversify by investing in different types of projects/platforms.  

Platform tokens:

NEO - 1000$
EOS - 500$

Privacy Tokens:

Spectrecoin - 500$
Bitcoin Private - 1000$ or 4 coins whatever they priced at

Liquidity Tokens:

Air Swap - 500$
Stellar Lumens - 1000$
We trust - 500$

Other tokens:

Substratum - 500$
Opus - 500$
Authorship - 500$
Better Betting - 500$


Based on some research these all look like potentially legit projects Please let me know if this could be a potential winner portfolio this year and your thoughts :)

Your choices are OK. I think you should add lending coins to your portfolio.

You should definitely look at Vertcoin. He's doing almost everything he has to do to become a valid payment instrument on the crypto market.

i like your portfolio very much. i'd probably picked ICX instead of NEO, though ICX has already started mooning too, so one of ICON's partners WAN which ICO is coming in january could be even better choice. and among coins related to gambling EDG would be my only choice.

Authorship is on my portfolio too. Maybe it could go easy 10x this year coz I really believe it is still undervalued. I have here my review about Authorship on why you should invest on it. Take your FA and check this out, maybe this would help.

ICX is looking really hot too even with all the Korea fud it's keeping up its momentum. I think im gonna add some to my portfolio.

and about lending platforms I have yet to do research on them but been hearing good things about Elixir too even though its on my least favorite exchange  :D

I will check EDG too since I believe crypto's look prime for adoption for Gaming/Gambling/Betting world than in any other real life use.

I like how you divided your portfolio into what exactly this coins do. People usually buy and compare things without know their true utility. But from your list, I miss the most important thing, a currency, and store of value. From this list I bet on EOS, Stellar, Bitcoin Private and WETrust.

yes, edgeless is very promising. besides some nice marketing features it's the first blockchain-based casino which got the license. and this is a big deal imho.

For a currency token Im looking into mining some electroneum and verge with my rig and hodling them for a few months. 

For store of value I'm considering cashing out some % of the profits along the way to Ethereum as it will keep growing gradually for the forseeable future by the looks of it.

Your portfolio looks pretty darn good. You actually have your money evenly spaced out with platform coins, privacy, and other projects. But if I am being honest, you should definitely add some lending platforms like SALT, ELIXER, and LEND. Also for your privacy coin, you should be looking at DeepOnion and XSpec. These privacy coins have a better chance of you 3-5x because of their small market cap, bigger community involvement, and roadmaps ahead. Just my opinion but don't take my word for it---always do your own research of course.

Surprised that you don't have waves or strat in there?

Or even ripple at it's current price $2.30?

For me Ripple looks more like a share in the corporation behind the token than an actual cryptocurrency or a platform token. Stellar lumens has a better philosophy in my opinion.

Waves was the first crpyto I converted my mining earnings to but I sold them off at some point you think they have a decent potential?

Your choice looks interesting. Pay attention on Stratis (Planning a lot of events during 3 month) + Coss (There is a big interest for Exchange coins. Examples are coins of Binance,KuCoin).

Good choices. You can add Elixir, Aion and Gulden in your list.
But the previous options are pretty good too. Just air swap makes me think. Better betting can be a very good project. :)

I never participated in a ICO before but DADI looks really promising might throw an ETH and see how it goes. Thanks for the tip :)

I think the better betting project is a quality Project and will definitely be valued in the future because betting projects always win

In my opinion the future in Lending ICO is very slim there are many ICO lending formats that doesn't make big profits but have just plummets downward, But I am not saying that all lending platforms are like this because I think it will depend on the Developers skill if they can make the ICO really great in price, And I would like to suggest Electroneum that can make it big someday, And right now Binance Coin and Kucoin had made a great pump today too, And even cobinhood.
