The current Bitcoins prices has gap in different country/region. Europe -> China (+10%) -> South Korea (+20%) -> South Africa (+30%) There is a huge space for arbitrage. Arbitrage key points: 1. Price gap 2. Transaction cycle And the second point is more important than the first one, the second point depends on the speed of money out. For South Korea / South Africa, there is a strict foreign exchange management system. China also has a foreign exchange management system, but Hong Kong China is a well-known financial free port.
