Title: Re: GrandCoin is added to Cryptsy! Post by: Oldminer on August 10, 2013, 10:52:05 PM The coins good for nothing but a 'pump 'n dump'. No services, no games, nothing. It seems these days all you have to do is bring out a coin with no premine (which are often used to provide services) and cryptsy will list it ::)

All these premine coins comparing the number of coins to the final tally in N years. What about right now or after the first year? If your coin has some great advantages people will support it without payment. I do agree with it needing services, mainly a Block Explorer, which many coins lately do not seem to have or want. Perhaps these coins are trying to hide something? Title: Re: GrandCoin is added to Cryptsy! Post by: Oldminer on August 11, 2013, 12:05:03 AM The coins good for nothing but a 'pump 'n dump'. Perhaps these coins are trying to hide something? I'll trade and mine a premined coin that offers goods & services over a no-premined scamcoin with no purpose (other than a pump 'n dump) anyday of the week. In fact, I did just that with GDC buying 1m coins from coins-e to dump on cryptsy. There is no other purpose for the coin IMO. As it stands, GDC is worth LESS now since it hit cryptsy than it did when it was only listed on coins-e. Lets face it, why would anyone want to be holding them? Post by: Redcoin on August 11, 2013, 12:45:24 AM It seems these days all you have to do is bring out a coin with no premine and cryptsy will list it ::) It seems that way... Unless the Dev has his own Rigfarm, or hides an instamine at the start (which is the new trend), they will have none or very few of their own coins. Which isnt really much insensitive to develop any service, or support the coins they make. We are seeing that happen so much now. How many coins out there with a legitimate "no premine" can only be traded, and not actually spend? most of them. No one likes to works for free, and no one likes to donate their coins to the dev, so these types of coins continue with little support and no services Nothing againt GDC, i like the coin, and have been mining it myself, and will add it to coinjack, so good to see in on cryptsy ;D Title: Re: GrandCoin is added to Cryptsy! I think it would serve the public better if it were an ABE style, where we could do better queries into specific wallet addresses. I really like to have the ability to see the whole directory tree of transaction history. Thanks for the BE nonetheless. -PoolMinor Title: Re: GrandCoin is added to Cryptsy! Do you have an example of a site using the format you want? Title: Re: GrandCoin is added to Cryptsy! Post by: firestarter on August 11, 2013, 01:29:54 AM great work :)
