In current market scenario is fluctuating in this month. January is not a favour for Bitcoin price. It is decentralized cryptocurrency so whatever should happens in the market. I think it will reach 18k us dollar is possible at end of this month. In majority of the competitors are invest in Ethereum. So that coin only raise in current status. Bitcoin should be raise in slowly in market. But after April month it will reach above 25k us dollar.

Well same as 2hatwe observe and experiwnce from the past bitcoin is really unstable and it is not new to us feom the start bitcoin is aomething like always up and down pump and dump but we cant really even know what would be the exact time that this crazy changing of price occur.We can just really predict that it will be  up and down but the exact time of change we can really never know.

As in no one can really tell. Yes we wanted it to increase in the next couple of week and push to $17K and up. However, I think it stalled again because of the news coming from China that tell maybe looking at banning bitcoin mining, though we still haven't seen official statements from them.

In any case, just expect that the bearish sentiments should be still in the air for at least a week. I'm positive that we can still rebounded from all of this sideways and pullbacks.

It has had it latest 35 to 40% retracement and looks to have found a bottom at the $11000 level. If the last range was to repeat off that bottom  19850 - 5428 = 14422 we could be looking around the $25000 mark. That run up took 34 days!!!

I hope it will go up to at least US$ 18,000 to US$ 20,000. But the predictions will always be speculations.  Let's just hope for good pricing in this month or the coming months. =)

The btc  price seems a bit stable this January. Just only small fluctuation of the price.
As of current behavior the price will reach to 17K dollar.

because dumb posts are easily answerable with equally 'vague' answers'. the answer to the question is so obvious yet he still asks it as if some people know the future.

If I'm not mistaken, last year, bitcoin was also stagnate around this time, but then again we can't compare last year to today's market because times have change then. I started to think that the price would start to pick up and the price are expected to rise when we touch $17K earlier this week, unfortunately it went sideways then down as of the moment.

So its really hard to predict how the market will goes, although it still dominates more than 30% of the market, there's couple of coins that are also rising very quick like Ethereum and Ripple. So for bitcoin to really remain as the top crypto's we need new sets of investors to flock and pour more money into the market. But the question is when? At least one positive news like Lightning Network implementation, as this presents the long awaited solution to the high fees and slow confirmation that we are facing right now.

Bitcoin tested support again recently and obviously there is a high demand on that support which shows the strength of bitcoin on that value. For a long position is January, and based on some retracement, I expect bitcoin to go test the previous high soon and if hits past that, we should probably see around $23000, and a quick correction to $19800 to test that level, and if it bounces back, we may go a bit higher.

Well it is hard to predict the bitcoin price because it is really unstable it goes up and it goes down. But to your question i think bitcoin price will slowly rise this coming january.

Bitcoin may touch 20000 mark and it will be followed by small correction and the price may get stable around 18000 - 18500. People should continue to hold the bitcoins instead of making small profit by selling it at little high price, panic selling should be avoid and we should trust, invest into the bitcoins for longer period of time.

agreed here. in the past few week Bitcoin lost market cap because people went for alts and now alts are gonna lose ground and go for bitcoin.

Well for me it is really hard to predict bitcoin price normally the peoples prediction is the same it will go up and down or maybe pump and dump because that wwas really normal in bitcoin but the hard thing to predict is when was the right or exact time that tjis was pump and dump happen? However we all have really the right to predict on what we believe  to happen in the near future for me i will reffer to my experience.

Yep, this is realistic, IMHO. The big hype is over, holidays are over... now it's more a normal business time of year again. :)

I reckon the price of BTC will going to fluctuates to much because other individual have also learned how to use bitcoin and are gaining every day profit from it, so chances are the possibility of buy and sell is going to happen very often, it will lead the market of BTC to fluctuates every now and then.

I think the price is still stable. $14,000 is just a few high of rising. Well, this 1st to 3rd week of January is not yet the time to explode. I think about March this time the bitcoin price will come too fast to rise and go up. That's my full opinion because as I look at today bitcoin is still in the stage of being stable about $12,000 to $15,000 believe me after this February well, it's the time to celebrate knowing that bitcoin will become higher and higher again and again.

I saw a news message somewhere that the bitcoin price is expected to go up starting jan 15th, as this is the date that the wallstreet hotshots are getting their bonuses of an average of $100K+.

With the current problems that bitcoin is facing right now, from high miner fees, and longer transaction time alongside the competition from the other cryptocurrencies in the market that have a faster transaction, it is really hard to say that bitcoin is going to be up any time soon, and by up i mean like reach 20k or beyond, but the price is always going to flucuate between 14k and 16k or 17k at most, so until developpers come up with a better solution than forks i don't think bitcoin is going to be the same and grow the same way as it did last year.

According to my research the price for bitcoins will go down this month and then it will get a pump next month onwards. Bitcoin will reach 40k$ at the end of this year maybe so i think it is the good time to purchase or invest into bitcoins at a good dip as soon as bitcoin goes down. there are many predictions and speculations arises in bitcoin price but for me I see a better side of bitcoin last 2017, than the beginning of this new year. But still it is just a start of the year , and lets think positive that it will reach again to $20K before this month of January ends.

No body can give you a prediction of what the price will at any time. All crypto currencies are unpredictable but I can guess that the price will rise and might be $18000 by March 2018. I do not expect it to be higher than $18k

As for this time its price is sleeping yet but I guess in the next month it will start to get high. So it is good to buy for more bitcoins at this time while the price is yet lower than last November 2017. Bitcoin has a good news this year and if you hold it then you will be rich someday.

Right now almost all of my predictions are wrong because I suppose by the end of 2017 the bitcoin is 100% $ 30,000 but you have seen it has not happened yet and now I feel hesitant because maybe now my predictions will be wrong. I think in January bitcoin will not grow but in March we will see something the next bitcoin growth. 8)

My price prediction of bitcoin is not that high because based on the chart, i see a pattern which is like in the year of 2015 and i think that the price of bitcoin will be like in the chart of 2015 that it will become boring but in the next few years, we can see some huge step up for bitcoin and that is possible since we already got a lot of attention and people in the cryptocurrency world.

It is highly unpredictable. It goes down and up couple of times. Hopefully it will rise as soon as possible since it's been sitting in low price lately. Nevertheless,  we all know that once BTC drops, the price rices double the differences from when it went down.

We all are hopeful for such price but not in March rather in the next week. Reason for such impatience is the deep dip bitcoins are suffering from last one month. I must say this is the longest dip bitcoins have ever seen in the lifetime. Every time when prices got down, they remain there for one week or so and then came back with full swing but this time it took a long time.

Well bitcoin does not stop proving us wrong all the time, the good thing is that I'm mostly a holder so the fact my predictions are wrong do not costs me my bitcoin but getting our predictions wrong can be very costly for some, there are people that sold their bitcoin when it first touched 2k and are probably going to regret that move for the rest of their lives so as long as you did not lost a lot of money with your predictions then you are fine.

I think it is very difficult to predict the price in the short term, not much change in the near future but for the long term, bitcoin still promising big profit and still be crypto no one that can be our recovery and other big companies,, maybe a lot of hope is growing for this crypto currency .. if looking back to history ;D

Its already 4th of March already and we are moving into $12K. We are somewhat hovering around $11.4-$11.5 currently so its a good sign. Just a few dollars and push and eventually we will get there.

The problem that I'm seeing is that we are somewhat struck again at this price and it there are no new blood coming it the price might go down. Let's see how it goes though but I'm still positive that we can make a final push towards $12K.

Bitcoin and the rest of the cryptocurrencies have recently into crisis few weeks ago. Good thing bitcoin started to rise since then and although it also falls down a bit, we can still see that bitcoin is showing dominance as it bounce back too. Now that bitcoin is in 11,000$ mark, i believe that what happened last december will happen this year very soon.

It is really hard to make predictions at this moment whereas its market value is so volatile. I am just expecting continuous increase on the third quarter of this year because that is what happened on the previous year. Bitcoin had a rough start this year. And i think this is the best time to invest on it and earn profit when its market price starts to rise.

Well at January we see bitcoin go down and now it's march though for the march I guess it would be totally up , as you can see the price of bitcoin is almost 11k usd , and it growing up so my price prediction at the end of march would be 12k or 15k dollars.

The month January is tough and hard. That's the highest dip that I've ever seen in the history of bitcoin.
Bitcoin is hard to dictate just like today the price went down to $10,800. Its really having too much time before it go to $12,000.

Predicting the price in the short term is something that is almost impossible but predicting the trends for the long term is not as difficult as long as you have an understanding of the technology and when we see what bitcoin can do and what it will be able to do in the future it is easy to predict the price will go up in the long term and we will obtain profits with it.
