The project's aim is to construct a new decentralized platform in the blockchain world,just like ETH and EOS. But I think the ArcBlock will be more sexy than the both after I read their whitepaper!!! This will be my first ICO participation. Where do I register for getting whitelisted for the ICO? I don't see any info about getting whitelisted on their website.
