I googled BTC Tx Accelerator and found www.bitconfirm.org as top results. The site asked for my stuck BTC TX ID which I entered with 0.01 BTC fee. I was given 30 minutes to deposit on the given address: https://btc.com/1NfP99EdRz5qmR4j9iiXodTvau5MYzQMWd I emailed bitconfirm.org@gmail.com and received a reply that my stuck transaction has extremely low transaction fee and that I need to pay atleast 0.02 BTC to get this transaction accelerated. I asked them to kindly confirm if they have received 0.01 BTC which they confirmed via email. Once I sent another 0.01 BTC, they replied that they havent received the second 0.01 BTC fee. When I checked the transaction ID, it clearly shows 2 transaction on the given BTC address and a deposited amount of 0.02 BTC. Even after emailing the screen shot of https://btc.com/1NfP99EdRz5qmR4j9iiXodTvau5MYzQMWd they are asking to send another 0.01 BTC to some other address which I refused. I asked for a refund for the 0.01 BTC that they have confirmed to have received and they are not replying. Where can I report this?. Is there a forum or website where such persons can be reported?.
