It's been 3 days that my BTC transaction is pending
I know it's not related to blockchain.info
but I'm too worried about it how long it will take?

The paid fees are too low but since the amount being transacted is big, I suggest using pushtx.btc.com, It shouldn't cost you much to accelerate it (~60$). If you're not willing to pay any extra, you could either wait or try to submit it to ViaBTC or other free accelerators.

You used blockchain.info there's no the same feature in electrum where you can replace the fee or increase it. I don't have an idea on how long will it takes for your transaction to get confirmed. You should ask a paid accelerator to make your transaction re-broadcast. Try to use https://pushtx.btc.com/ or try those "free" accelerator folks on services section.

I sent 500 $ bitcoin from hitbtc exchange it took up to 5 days to reach my wallet , i wish if this delay solve soon with new hardfork .

Low fees, try to use 0.001BTC fees.
I think this TX will not confirmed.. After will be reject by node.

estimated time for a transaction to get dropped from memory pool is 3-7days (could take less or more than that). for now you can try to use free accelerator service, lots of them on the services section of this forum

Your best option is CPFP if you have the PK. With the current fee i don't see it getting confirmed and the mem pool will not drop it any time soon....

Since three months ago Bittrex blocked my account for no reason and now I don't know what should I do with 15k dollars

Like i told you before.... you can just do a CPFP without problems if you have the PK. This will solve your problem, google it to find out how to do it.

That will only work if the new transaction is spending the same UTXO as the parent (previous) unconfirmed transaction.

As miners need to mine the first transaction to get the extraordinary high fees from the second one that will make up for it.

If the fees are high enough, then yes, this will work and is also called a CPFP (Child-Pays-For-Parent)
