Are you running the latest version of BitMinter? If you don't know delete the JS files and go to the site and load the new version. How are they connected? If you have a HUB it must be a powered Hub. Did you asked BitMinter program to search for all new devices? Open BitMinter > Go to "Devices" >>"Probe all port for external..."
