All posts he has on this forum advertise services from the same operator (Ricardo Reuter from Hamburg, Germany) bitwin.at bitsafe.at bitspend.at etc... If you check out the sites he is advertising this is 99% scam. Bitsafe.at for example pretends to be an online wallet but is just fake. And even if it was not a fake it is ridiculous insecure, as the passphrase is sent in the URL via GET parameter... And although he says "not the owner" he promotes it everywhere. EDIT1: Also the company "RiRe Management Limited" posted in the disclaimer does not exist. At least not in Germany (it claims to be in Hamburg).
