well, for starters, is the 4 MH/s or do you live in a country that uses dots instead of commas and it's actually 4000

If it's 4 MH/s then your bill should be fine but you should probably check the specifications for the card your using and check how many watts it's using then you would just multiply that number by your hourly electricity charge (which is usually around €0.15) and by how long you are mining for.

If it's 4000 (which I highly doubt) then you must of bought an asic mining machine, congratulations! You are now making tonnes of money. The small amount of electricity that the asic uses is generally going to be a fraction of the money it generates

Well, looks like you are using a GPU which is hashing at 4 MH/s, that would yield barely $0.01(around 0.0001 BTC) if you run it a whole day for 24h,
so that would obviously be WAY less than what you would pay to run the machine for that whole day.
Stop the mining with this machine and either use an ASIC, like FactualOrc said, or a better graphics card that will yield significantly more than that..
This is either some laptop or a decent ASIC at 4000 MH/s, neither will make your electricity bill skyrocket, dont worry, but if its a low end GPU its not profitable at all either..

If you are mining with a GPU (or CPU), your electricity cost is higher than the value of the BTC you mine. If you are mining with an ASIC, then your electricity cost is low compared to the value of the BTC you mine.
