You can complain about the price, but the returns are still $218 per day or over $6500 per month with an ROI in just over 4 Months.

Fair enough Amigo. Definitely not a bad investment for someone. Let's face it, you can't get $171.85 TH in less than 2 months from Bitmain. So you're "immediate" TH has definite value. Good luck!

They are various models.  from 11.8 to 13.

There were S9's running at 11.8TH? What is the power use of those?

T9's I believe. Better efficiency actually.

NO not T9. T9 have never been more efficient than S9.

S9 & R4 are the most efficient miners available to the public until Halong ships

Bitmain made 14TH/s models first, followed by 12.93Th/s & 11.8Th/s with version one firmware

That video shows the T9 being less efficient.  ::)

In addition, the S9 in that video is Version 2 firmware so the frequency and energy used fluctuates

this is just part of the hosted farm he apparently sold for 50K a while back, got a buyer for some of the units at a ridiculous price now he wants more suckers to pay that for the rest at same rate.

No faults, run well.  2 of the units are running on 2 boards.  They are from various batches.

At the moment, 50 TH/s pulls $96 gross and less than $75 net after electricity and overhead. It is 7-8 month ROI given the mining golden age lasts that long (unlikely) ...

I think even in the Wild West, there exists a disclosure rule that you are violating by giving wrong and confusing data. I'll sue you  ;D

Yesterday, 14Jan2018 one of my farms of S9s pulled in on average of  $37.95 per miner and based on the average hashrate of 13.27THs per miner.  
This would be 37.95 / 13.27 = $2.85 per THs
$2.85 x 50THs = $142 per day profit from a 50THs farm.

I used the number of $2.73 per THs the other day which will give a lower rate.

Questions for you aliashraf:
Where are you mining?
What pool are you using (rates/fees)?

The Pool that I am referring to on this account is one of my SlushPool accounts.  I am really skeptical to post a screenshot of my pool dashboard.

You can just blur out any sensitive information. 

On January 11th I made 38.95 per machine mining BCH. It has dropped fairly dramatically since. In the last couple of weeks I have hit $48.00 plus on my S9's on a couple of 24 hour periods. Past performance is no guarantee for future returns.....LOL.

I do not see where you getting the 4 month ROI from.

I did not include electric into the price with the variations throughout the world....and some with free electric.  So, I just used Gross Summations.

Haha, Bitcoin will go up and overcome the difficulty.  I am not worried.  Stay Calm and Mine on is our motto in the mining world.  I have been in this business for a long time and difficulty has not caught Bitcoin yet.  haha

so according to my calculation:
1800usd profit at a 10c/kwh
2060 usd at 5c/kwh

the difference is 260. so for free power just add another 260 to 2060 and you get 2320 usd profit per month with no power costs

BTC mining on SlushPool today gives about $25 per S9 per day.

Where do you get $37.95 (52% more)?

For the gross income just check Whattomine.com (it is free  ;D).
As of net profit: I mine with better electricity costs  but I prefered to use US average of $0.1/kwh in my calculations, and I didn't deduct pool fee that makes it even worse.

As of disclaimer: I don't think it helps you in the court, the law requires you to be transparent  and avoid giving false data and info about your property on sale :P

How is this 3.5 month ROI? Even without paying electricity I get 5 months

so overpay on some old units that are partially non working for what reason? or wait a month even if u subtract the profit between now and then I am still paying less for NEW  miners under warranty get it?

What BTC rate are you using.  If you calculate the ROI at a BTC rate of $10500 giving you a daily payout for each S9 at ~$23 would give a significantly different comparison at $16500 BTC rate and a daily payout for each S9 at ~$45.

Sorry but he's right. I am not sure where you get the $23 per day figure from, considering we are talking 50TH total, not 5x fully working units.

Even at the higher-end price, 50TH will currently earn at BEST $80 per day before electricity.
So even with $0.00 for power, your ROI is 6months.
