Can anyone tell me the problem Bittrex is having with enhanced verification? I uploaded my DL (both sides) and picture. After reading some of the posts here, I am really nervous. How long does enhanced verification take?

Are they going to steal my coins?

Probably better for you to provide your passport instead, as that is a much better method of verification on the bittrex platform.

I cannot register an account on Bittrex at all! Could you advise when the registration will be opened?

many exchange hold their register during xmas and new year holiday.
i still dunno why they do that.

I've found that if you are innocent and honest, you have nothing to fear.

Just relax, if you already submitted clear copies of your documents and have done no illegal or suspicious activity then you should be fine. Verification isn't instant and make take a few days depending on the support ticket load on bittrex. In case they decline your documents they will still give you a chance to reupload anyway.

Bittrex will not steal your coins. You don't need to be nervous and scared of it. Do not fear because you did not make any illegal activities, you just posted your picture. You did not do something wrong that violates their regulation. Verification of documents takes time.

It may take few weeks or months. That depends on the bittrex verification itself but i think that if you are using the same name with your ID and you will be confirmed as fast as possible. Bittrex has been partnered with another party to make verification runs smoothly and fast. I meant bittrex has auto verification bot.

Months? That really scares me. My first investment yielded very good profit. I don't want to lose it all. How many months can it take? Can anyone who has been verified tell me how long it has been taking recently?

They won't steal your tokens, but it may take a long time for this verification to be verified, and I remember that it took me nearly a month to pass this verification.

Many of my friends have also reported unresolved verification issues with bittrex, now they have moved to binance and kucoin, i have also opened an account at zero fee exchange cobinhood, that will list many coins soon.

Bittrex is pretty trustworthy, so you have nothing to fear. Just wait for them to verify, and resubmit the documents if they ask you to do so.

Many exchanges are closing new registrations; why would they do that when they could make more money?  The good ones are doing it because they know they don't have the infrastructure to handle the huge influx of new customers.  I know Bittrex had a sudden influx so likely your verification documents are in a long queue.

If your nervous, stop depositing coin... if you're REALLY nervous, move all your coin into a solid cheap fee coin like Litecoin and send .025BTC worth to a private wallet until you get verified.

That said... I think you're fine.  I got verified with just my US drivers licensed and it took me about 2-weeks.

No ETA, but bittrex is using bot for verifying their users if you sign up with your real name and that match with your ID and then your enhanced process will take a short time to go. But if you are using a different name with your ID and there will be a lot of requirement for you to change your name to your real name.

You should have verified your account before depositing coins. They shouldnt steal your tokens, and if you submit the correct information you will be fine. I have been using them for awhile.

Never had a problem with Bittrex, when I upgraded my account to verified I just sent to them what they need for me to verify my account. You just have to trust them with your id's. Trust should be 2 way not one way, you want them to trust you, trust them too with your documents and your account will be verified. Regarding the long wait, you just have to bear with it, there's a long line for verification.

Same case here, mine took a a little bit more than a week. Don't worry, they do reply to the tickets every once in a while. It just takes time.

Still no update yet. They halted new registrations due to enormous increase in traffic and load. It has been almost a month already. It's taking them so long to upgrade their servers.

I don't like bittrex anymore. This extra chcek for us to get verified are too much. I don't to spread all my info on that website so I might choose another exchange for the alts. I have read only dissapoiment about bittrex in the last time.

My enhanced verification took one day. I've not noticed any issues with Bittrex.

i'm still new so i want to trade at bittrex but this problem hold me long time to get my verification
maybe i should use passport instead my my ID
but it's late and now waiting so long.. and now i have other registration on other exchange

This current problems are occurring in every exchange not only Bittrex. Crypto got a lot of attention lately so exchanges are having problems and the exchanges which did not restrict registrations are taking so long to activating membership.
