one day was working fine, next day it had "Updates", so I restarted it, now when I download, both in my win8.1 and in my windows 10 machines, Chrome and other browsers gives me this message: Failed - Insufficient permissions. I went over every google "Fix" that appeared on the google search, nothing worked? WTF? Does some one has a clue or can point me in the right direction? Not even with the Malware and Virus program turned off it can download nor run. I managed, to do one installation, and download once Minergate, after 3 hours, and it started working, the Bitdefender blocked it and erased the .exe, when that program and that url is in the EXCLUDED Tab. Before yesterday, I excluded the programs, and that was it, they were working. All this clusterfuck since yesterdays Updates of Windows 8.1. again, Does some one has a clue on whats happening or can point me in the right direction? https://i.imgur.com/k3UpFHd.png |
