The exchange rate people will take is usually very competitive. However you should always be very wary of anybody contacting you directly to offer escrow. You need to do your own research and determine if a potential escrow holder is trustworthy. See what other experienced members have to say about the person. Read through their recent posting history. See if they've acted in a trustworthy manner on a regular basis.
