Screw this, I'm converting to BCH. You can't do anything for your transaction but to wait or paid some bitcoin transaction accelerator. Well using segwit address will help your transaction to be confirmed faster and much lower fee than using legacy wallet. But using BCH is a big help too for faster transaction too.Screw Bitcoin Legacy. My transaction is 14 days stuck unconfirmed and i also use 60 sat/byte. I use https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ txid accelerator and voila, my transaction confirmed on the next block. You should try it OP, good luck. when I try to make a low fee transaction (lower than the recommended number )I get BitcoindException error.[bitcoindException(super=com.neemre.btcdcli4j.core.BitcoindException: Error #-26: 66:] your fee is too low to wait it’s better to ask/pay for miners to confirmed it. next time use this site before sending https://estimatefee.com (https://estimatefee.com) Title: Re: *FUNNY* Blockchain.info - 22 days Unconfirmed tx Post by: maeusi on January 16, 2018, 11:04:01 PM Don't need advice/help, just thought this might give y'all a laugh... I have a transaction that stuck for over a month, simply because of the low fee as well. Since the mempool get flooded with too many unconfirmed transactions, there is nothing we can do about it but pay higher fees. Not sure if we blaming core developers for all of this problems, whether bigger blocks is the answer such as BCH. But, we have segwit as a temporary solution for scale problem, it just most of the bitcoin users do not use it in the daily transaction, especially for exchanges which has the biggest trading volume. Title: Re: *FUNNY* Blockchain.info - 22 days Unconfirmed tx Post by: Tyrantt on January 17, 2018, 06:07:55 PM eh... I've tried sending a low fee tx just to see what will happen with it and after a month (send on dec. 6th) still sits there unconfirmed.
so everytime you're sending btc, always check the fee, always. Don't make this stupid mistake that will ruin the tx. I just heard that if you use blockchain wallet it keeps rebroadcasting that is why it takes long before your transaction rejected.. Did you try to submit it in other pushtx to push your transaction? Follow this guide There are lots of ways to accelerate your transaction but if you are using electrum wallet this transaction should be rejected and you can start send again but need to increase the miners fee.. Try the CPFP(Child Pays For Parent) just send another bitcoin from your bitcoin address to other bitcoin address but make sure this time to increase the miners fee use the default fee here https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/ its enough to pay your new transaction and your old stuck transaction.. If this method not work i think better to hire miners to manually confirm your transaction or use the paid service in viabtc.. You can also try this method 1. First open go to blockchain.info copy paste your txid e055308422bdbbe0028151e238e0df4779f73679d1e749a6c3ced811225c6c8b 2. as you can see your transaction still not confirm now add ?format=hex to the url sample https://blockchain.info/tx/e055308422bdbbe0028151e238e0df4779f73679d1e749a6c3ced811225c6c8b?format=hex You can see the hex code. 3. copy the hex code and submit it to pushtx listed here https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Transaction_broadcasting And hope your transaction could be confirm.. Since I just used those rebroadcasting links, I don't know if it was you or me that did it... either way, my transaction finally went through. =) Title: Re: *FUNNY* Blockchain.info - 32 days Unconfirmed tx Post by: Potato Chips on January 20, 2018, 07:23:29 AM Thanks Potato Chips! I'd like to know how you got ViaBTC to work, I couldn't. Since I just used those rebroadcasting links, I don't know if it was you or me that did it... either way, my transaction finally went through. =) Rebroadcasting is different from accelerating as it is just reminding the miners not to forget your transaction so it won't get dropped in their mempool, it doesn't necessarily mean that your transaction will be included in the next block. I say It's useful with stuck transactions that has a decent/high miner fee. Then again since it's been stucked for 32 days, some nodes may have dropped it so It probably played a part either way. Go to any block explorer to view your transaction and tap the block 505065 (https://btc.com/0000000000000000005e238c6cf1e25bcf8c724d976509f0c8fa435d9035d0e9) and you'll see that it was relayed by Viabtc. The trick is you have to use a good timer (I'm using this one: https://time.is/UTC) and and when XX:59:59 comes, click the tab where viabtc is and tap the submit button. So yeah you have to fill in the captcha beforehand but then if you fill it in too early the token might expire. I made a transaction on 29 december from my shitty online wallet blockchain.info (I know, it's sucks, this is why I want to transfer my bitcoin crumbs stuck there). txid: 3b60740b64a95cc74e9604ef89f82ab037c79966a13b9d728fe914b8e6eba21a This tx is still unconfirmed. I know, I set too low fees, but I didn't want to lose to much of my satoshis, and the tx weighs a lot (6239 byte :o). Maybe because I received a lot of small amount over time? I read a lot in this forum to try to resolve this problem, I tryed some txaccelerator, but now I need help. I promise: my next transactions will have consistent fees. I thank everyone who will help me! I apologise for my poor English. In Italy we had Berlusconi for 20 years.. and he destroyed the school system. best regards and good day Francesco Title: Re: Blockchain.info - 32 days Unconfirmed tx Solved Post by: jean.f on January 23, 2018, 04:56:19 PM Don't need advice/help, just thought this might give y'all a laugh... i have one with over 60 days in here 0/3 confirmationUnconfirmed for 22 days so far... lol https://blockchain.info/tx/72a9baf4ad431fd3dccb023d16f84ae5514f1eaf8ff9e14fde663c60ffc5c0db (https://blockchain.info/tx/72a9baf4ad431fd3dccb023d16f84ae5514f1eaf8ff9e14fde663c60ffc5c0db) For those w/the same problem, try these....
