When you have those altcoins that you bought just send it back to your nano ledger s but make sure that you are reading and see to it that it was supported by nano ledger s. What are you thinking, you can buy directly with other crypto's just because you have stored fund on nano ledger s? Just select "Bitcoin Cash" -> "The crypto you want" and you can exchange them by sending your BCH to ShapeShift's address and after a few minutes, receiving the coins in your desired address. If the crypto you want isn't available at ShapeShift, simple send your BCH to an exchange like Binance.com (http://Binance.com), sell your BCH for BTC and buy the desired altcoin.
